Peaceful, luxurious, charming, unique 1865 Cream City Brick downstairs 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Enjoy a wood-burning stove, leather, granite, stainless steel, gas stove (air frying oven), baby grand piano, multi-spray walk-in showers with Venetian marble, and heated Spanish tile floor. Newly remodeled with all new windows, I've spared no expense to make this space the premier Airbnb in Port Washington. Walk to shops, eats, beaches, and the nature preserve. Handicap accessible & kid/dog-friendly.

Hi, I recently moved off-site in order to allow guests the pleasure of staying in both apartments in the beautiful home at 426/428 Grand Ave. My cohost, Janice Steck, lives nearby and is happy to assist with anything I'm unable to help with from a distance.

Easter Get Away

We had a delightful stay. The property is very well maintained and exuded Easter charm. The proprietor was present for check-in and communicated just the right amount by text to make check-in and check-out seamless. The property is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the port.

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me! The apartment is incredible. It is beautiful and has all the amenities that anyone could possibly need. Dave was always timely and thoughtful with his responses to questions that we had. I could easily live there! My only less than 5-star comment is that the house is located off the main road, but it wasn't noisy or anything. I just like a bit more privacy. Otherwise, 5-stars across the board! Thank you Dave!

Cozy and updated.

We stayed on one of the coldest weekends of the season and this cozy home with a wood burning fireplace was just what we needed. Beautiful upgrades throughout and amazing bathrooms and comfy beds. So nice to be able to bring our family dog with us. Dave was a great host!

We were in town for a fishing trip, checked in late left before the sun came up nice place worked for the 6 of us......close to the port, may do it again in the future

Charming Holiday Home

Be Still & Know was a wonderful place to stay for our holiday visit with family. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The primary bathroom is amazing! We had everything we needed and Dave was an excellent host! He had holiday music playing when I walked in the door and the Christmas Story tree was so beautiful and fun! Thank you Dave!

The lovely property was within walking distance of the harbor, shops and restaurants. Our Host was very responsive to any and all requests. Will recommend.

Great place

Great place to stay! Clean, nicely decorated, wonderful location, and nice hosts to work with! The only down side is the noise of the upstairs people in the early morning. Everything else is wonderful. Hope to be back!

Great location, lovely house!

My friends and I spent the day in Cedarburg and the night in Port Washington at this lovely house. Everything was set up and ready to go - great instructions on how to operate everything (and what not to!) And a shower (in both bathrooms) to die for! I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this one is top notch - would love the opportunity to stay again!

Easy and peaceful

Janice the co host is fabulous and made you feel like old friends. We have special needs dogs and otherwise can never enjoy a little get away but this place was perfect for our little babies to stay with us and get their medical care needed by me. Thank you for being dog friendly ❤️

Gorgeous home in heart of Port Washington

This home is gorgeous. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom with rain shower big enough for 4 people, soaking tub, comfortable living room furniture, and baby grand piano in foyer. David, the host, has everything you need in this home away from home ....robes, keurig, french press, coffee, condiments, shower and bath products. And huge body towels. Lovely front porch for watching the passerby. Nice deck out back. He is a gracious host. Would definitely stay here again.

A Charming House in a Charming City

Our place was so charming and filled with unexpected amenities, that my friend and I would have been happy to stay inside during our entire stay. Each room was well-decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could need or imagine. The bathrooms are especially noteworthy -- walk-in showers with multiple showerheads. It was like being in a spa, plus the master bath had a full-size bathtub that my friend spent way too much time in. She insisted afterward it was one of the most relaxing soaks she has had in a decade. The property owner and manager were very attentive and made sure everything was as expected. Janice, the property manager was especially charming. She was a great source of information about the city of Port Washington. The location of the property is just a few blocks from the city's downtown area. It was easy to spend a couple of days enjoying the shops, taverns and restaurants that make up the downtown. To top it off, it's all on Lake Michigan. We spent an unusually warm day enjoying South Beach -- a beautiful, long stretch just a few blocks south of downtown. It's a great place to stay.
