The space

There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee bar and smore's by the firepit! For the kids there are plenty of board games. Hotel grade linens, towels, and bathroom amenities are conveniently provided to make your trip hassle free. There is a large private backyard where you can eat, and play games.

Exceptionally clean and family friendly. Bedding and linens were comfortable, all basic amenities were functional and it was exactly as advertised. A true pleasure to stay there, and hostess was extremely prompt with communication.

The host was great with communication. The house was as advertised. The location was perfect for us. It's a comfortable and well appointed home in quiet neighborhood. It checked all of our boxes for a visit with family. We will be booking again in the future.

Fantastic Rental

This VRBO rental was one of the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed in. Listing was accurate and the property was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable and all amenities were excellent. We will certainly try to stay here again when we are in the area if it's available. Communication and check in / check out was perfect.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

Our family gathered for a graduation and this home was a great place to fit all of us. The neighborhood is adorable and very quiet. The drive to FSU is about 15-20 minutes. It’s also perfect home if you are visiting with a group for football season. The communication with the host was excellent.

A perfect hidden gem in Tallahassee!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The house was spotless upon arrival & so well laid out for our family! We booked 18+ months ago for FSU graduation & were so pleased! It's competitively priced & located far enough from town for little traffic but close enough to reach campus in 20 min. Walmart is <1 mile away!! We appreciate the roll out cot for our extra guest (with permission) & loved having access to a garage.

FSU gem

This is a lovely home that is spacious and comfortable. We hosted both sets of grandparents for graduation weekend and plenty of room for everyone. The listing is accurate and current. The welcoming interior created a warm space to visit and spent time together. Close to a lot of great restaurants and Publix. Getting to FSU as convenient. We appreciated being it of the crowds. This house is great for anyone wanting to be in Tallahassee and live like a refined local.

Positives the house was clean, well stocked kitchen,supplied with coffees, teas, spices, toiletries, paper goods. Nice soaking tub. Quiet neighborhood. The door lock was a little tricky and took 2-3 times each time entering. The problem became with false advertising. I rented a home with 1 KING bed, 2 queens and bunk stack. When entering late in the evening we walked into a queen, 2 doubles, and the correct bunk stack. I messaged the owner and was assured the primary room was indeed a king. Exhausted from travel and family loss, I didn’t have the energy to argue. But when crawling into bed we quickly confirmed we were in the smallest king we’d ever been in which was for sure a queen. We measured it the next morning. 60 inches. A king is 72 (cal king) or 76 (king) We notified the owner and got nothing more than I’m sorry I will have to verify the size and make corrections to the listing. Other rooms were 54 inches, doubles not queens . House was also listed as fenced in yard, which has the neighbors fence on two sides but nothing across the back and not enclosed on either side. Listed as pet friendly, they could not be loose outside. Also listed BBQ grill which we use daily on our carnivore diet and no grill anywhere. Cabinet doors where all falling off the hinges to which my dad stepped on a screw in bathroom middle of the night. I would not have spent the extra 75-100 per night for this listing without the accurate beds. Disappointed

After receiving your message, we immediately verified the measurements and updated the listing to accurately reflect the accommodations. We understand that accurate descriptions are important when planning a stay, and we regret any disappointment this caused. Regarding the fenced yard, the property does have fencing on portions of the perimeter, but we understand your expectation of a fully enclosed yard. We have since reviewed the listing language to make it clearer for future guests. We also appreciate you bringing the missing grill to our attention. It was inadvertently removed and should have been reflected in the listing, and we have corrected that as well. We were especially concerned to hear about the loose cabinet hardware and the screw on the bathroom floor. This was not brought to our attention during your stay, and we have since inspected and repaired the cabinet to ensure the home remains safe and well maintained. We truly regret that your stay coincided with such a difficult time for your family, and we're sorry we did not meet your expectations. Your comments have helped us make improvements, and we wish you and your family all the best.

Manassas House is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located in desirable Bull Run neighborhood. This home feels spacious and airy, featuring an open floor plan with gleaming hardwood flooring and lots of windows throughout. Built-ins in the living room. Kitchen is nicely appointed with granite countertops, stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space. A split floor plan, with three bedrooms and a bath on one side of the home and the owner's suite on the other, and one of the guest rooms is appointed with bunk beds for the kids! We even offer a portable crib for the littlest ones in your family! The owner's suite is super large with a trayed ceiling. Dual vanities, a garden tub, humongous shower and walk-in closet off the owner's bath.
