We offer 5 King Suites each with a private in-suite bathroom (recently remodeled!)

Plus one set of bunk beds, two twin daybeds (and two cribs upon request) making it great for families/friends. Sonoma County mandates a 12 person maximum - but we are happy to make exceptions for your little ones.

Enjoy a long weekend escape or an extended stay - with 6 private acres and great indoor and outdoor spaces for adults and kids of all ages!

Our two cottage units can also double as private offices for working remotely! With high-speed Comcast WiFi, Zoom meetings will work smoothly and cell service is excellent.

We invite you to enjoy our family farmhouse in the heart of Sonoma Valley's Carneros Wine Region - less than 10 minutes from the Sonoma Plaza. Located on six private acres, we offer a fully-stocked main house and adjacent two bedroom guest cottage; plus our Barn with a recreation room and 20' x 40' swimming pool.

Our property also includes three vineyards, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with built-in gas and charcoal grills, hammocks, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, children's play structure, seasonal creek, hot tub and more.

Main House: Central air-conditioning with 3 bedrooms (Bed #1 - King; Bed #2 - King; Bed #3 - King & a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom.

Guest Cottage: Two separate air conditioned bedroom suites. Each includes a small kitchenette, as well as a King bed and private full bathroom. Both of the cottage units also offer a twin day bed. Both of these units can also double as private offices for working remotely.

Pool & Barn: Enjoy our 20'x40' saltwater swimming pool with a solar heating system from May - October. The pool area is gated and also includes an automatic safety cover. The adjacent Barn includes a small kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor shower; as well as a a large rec room with a pool table and foosball table.

Our vineyards feature old-vine Zinfandel grapes at the entrance, Chardonnay grapes on the hillside vineyard our around the swimming pool and our newest Pinot vineyard across the creek from the kid's play structure.

Lastly, please note: Our Sonoma County vacation rental permit allows for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests, including day visitors. With quiet hours outdoors beginning at 10pm. Thank you for understanding our permit guidelines. We hope you will decide to stay with us!

Sonoma County "Outdoor Music Ordinance" prohibits any amplified music 24 hrs a day/7 days a wk. This also prohibits portable speakers of any kind.
Due to recent wild fires, all outdoor fires/firepits are prohibited. We have two indoor fireplaces for use during the winter & spring seasons only.

50th Birthday Stay

We stayed with 10 people varying to spend time together and enjoy wine country. Terri was an amazing host! The place was exactly as described with lots of space to spread out and lots of activities to keep us busy! We had a chef come prepare us dinner one night which was a special treat! It was nice to have two dishwashers for the 10 of us. I would grab this property if it is available for your stay! The new bathrooms are gorgeous!

Sonoma with friends

We had a great time at the house. We had a group of 3 couples so we were able to have king sized beds. We loved the kitchen, the pool table and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen was great for grilling after a long day of wine tasting!

Extended family vacation in Sonoma

The property did give us the farmhouse experience. The grounds with tall and old oak trees were wonderful. The rows of vines around the property gives you a true wine country feeling without having to step out. The barn and pool areas were the best, we had a very relaxing time there and played games until late night. The host was very helpful and responsive, accommodating all our needs and answering all questions very promptly. She made up for some issues we had with the house itself. Some appliances and bathroom fixtures are very old. The sofa in the living room just sinks down on the sides, not comfortable at all. We had an issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms but was able to fix by pushing down the faucet while turning. One of the bedrooms in the cottage is not well equipped - no dresser, very small side tables and the closet is hard to access and use. The hot tub is at the back of the house which seemed a bit unkept. The play house was not clean so the moms avoided letting their kids plat there. There are many comfortable chairs around the property, but may were not cleaned. Overall, I felt that the house by itself did not stand up to the amount of money we paid. It is a very large property and may be hard to maintain. But I must stress that the host was one of the best... so all in all I recommend this place and we may go back there again.

Sonoma Amazing Escape

We can't say enough about this fabulous property and all it offered our entire family (kids, the teens, adults, and even grandma)! The pool and party barn was so unique and loved by all, what a cool space and so perfect that it was away from the main house. The guest cottage bedrooms were plenty big and clean and well maintained and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom really makes a difference. The BBQ Island(two grills!)and outdoor space built around it was expansive with so many different areas to explore; Bocce, Rose garden, sipping garden, the play structure and the jacuzzi on the creek was an ideal setting to just chill. The whole property is so well cared for and it shows in the details and amenities provided. Terri and Meade have put a lot of heart and soul and passion into the property and it shows. We will be back for sure, and every member of our crew expressed their gratitude that the family would share this gem with others. This is truly a a home and expanse, filled with heart and soul!

Perfect rental for my friend's bachelorette party

I booked this property for a group of 9 celebrating a close friend's bachelorette party, and it was perfect for a group wanting a relaxing and quiet, yet fun, getaway. The pool area is beautiful and we used that and the hot tub almost every day of our stay. It is also close (about 10 minute drive) from Sonoma Square, Uber/Lyft transportation to and from the property was easy to find, and it was conveniently located for Sonoma winery hopping (we booked a day-long tour through Platypus Wine Tours). Host was friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Sonoma Family Home

Our family had a great vacation at this property! The host is attentive and accommodating. The grounds have a fun variety of activities especially the pool and barn area. House is well equipped. We are definitely coming back.

Farmhouse Fab

Beautiful property

My husband, 4 of our children, some with spouses and children of their own stayed here. There was something for everyone here. Beautiful property and plenty of space for privacy and to enjoy whatever we preferred. The pool was used, pool table and fooseball table, horseshoes and bocci were all put to use. We enjoyed every minute at this beautiful place.

Winery tastings with Friends

Such an amazing property! We stayed here 4 nights with 3 other couples to take in the delights of winery tours and tastings. We would end our days by sitting around the pool, or walking the around the property. We had a private chef come in and make us dinner one night. Terri was helpful and responsive to a few questions we had. We definitely will recommend this property to our friends and book it for the next time we come to visit wineries.

Heavenly Sonoma Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Terra Meade is both expansive enough to let our party of 10 spread out so everyone had their own space and homey enough to all gather and enjoy our time together. It was the perfect place for us and Tara is a wonderful and thoughtful host. This is the only rental property I’ve ever stayed at that I’d come back to in a heartbeat rather than look around to find something new.

Fantastic Property

We had a fantastic stay at the Farmhouse. There are three houses on the property with a two-bedroom house, three bedrooms in the main house, and a fun pool house. We used the two with the bedrooms. Every room had its own full bathroom and that made it easy for the five couples. Kitchen and BBQ were used where we had some great meals and we played games in front of the fireplace (that was stocked with wood for some nice fires). I highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a wine country get away.

Great property for large family & friends gathering. We enjoyed the great pool area surrounded by grape vines; outdoor grill area; horse shoe pit; playing games at the large dinning room table; and watching our favorite sports teams on the large TV in the great family room area.

Wonderful stay

My family stayed at Terri’s beautiful home for a family wedding. The amount of activities and accommodations at the property make it hard to leave! There is really no need to. We had ample living, cooking, and sleeping space for our group and especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool set in a vineyard setting along with the barn. Terri was very communicative and we would love to stay again soon and bring the kiddos this time!

A Must Stay When Visiting Wine Country

We had a group of nine, visiting Sonoma and Napa for the week. The property is exactly as described, the hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The location was perfect for the wineries we scheduled. There are also deli's close by to grab a sandwich between wineries. When we visit again, we will for sure stay here. The pool and hot tub were a nice end to each day.
