Our two-bedroom, one-bath cabin sleeps four and is located in one of the most desirable areas of the White Mountains in New Hampshire (in Bartlett NH on the Jackson line) and is available for weekly and weekend rentals. It is located in a small cabin community (14 units). It is the end unit with a private yard and brand-new back deck overlooking the Glenn Ellis River through the trees.

Cabin Features:
* The cabin has cathedral ceiling, sky light, many windows, and a sliding glass door out to the back deck making it feel open, bright, and inviting.
* There is one great room with the living room on one side and an eat-in kitchen on the other (sink, four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc.).

We had an a very good stay, the only reason it was not excellent is that there was a strong creosote smell in the cabin from the fireplace/chimney. We were there to attend a wedding and had to hang our clothes on the porch to ensure they didn't pick up any creosote smell. There is a can of anti-smoke spray on site but it provided a temporary fix at best. Also, the wifi did not work. This was not critical as not of us had to do any work while we were there. Again the cabin, area and hosts were wonderful. We plan on going back again and would like to stay in this cabin if these two issues are resolved.

The cabin was close to Conway and most things we wanted to do. We realized how close it was to the road when we got there. It's the first one on the street. Luckily the time of year we stayed there wasn't too much traffic. A few things that weren't that great were the smell of the hot water in the shower. It has a strong sulfur smell. The cabin was clean enough but to pay a cleaning fee and have there be cob webs everywhere and dead bugs in the windows is a little crazy. The other issue with no fault to anyone was acorns dropping on the roof all day and unfortunately at night waking us up. All in all a great place to stay for the money and the host was awesome giving us their favorite places to go.

The place was clean and like the pictures. It was a hot weekend but the fans did their job! The bed was comfortable and plenty of essentials. Besides a few cars when outside it was very quiet and peaceful. If you want quiet this is the place!

cabin just off the 302 backing onto a lovely mountain stream. We enjoyed local hikes, sitting on the porch and relaxing in the comfortable well equipped cabin.

Great spot that served as a base camp for a presidential traverse with my cousin. River right down the street was great for a swim. Would’ve been nice if it had air-conditioning but there were plenty of fans provided so we stayed cool sleeping. Kitchen while small was pretty well appointed. Would stay here again.

Great place!

We were there for about 5 days, super cute and cozy spot. Loved having a screened in porch and another deck looking over the water. It was nice having a bit of water on the property for us to enjoy. The hosts were also very accommodating and were easy to communicate with. Thanks again!

A wonderful cozy cabin

This is a little bit of heaven in the White Mountains. It's a cozy cabin, right on the Ellis River. Such a pretty area. The wonderful deck above the river was a great place to read and hang out. Close to everything we want to do, hiking, No. Conway, restaurants . Communication with owner was great. We had such a relaxing time. Can't wait to go back.

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin very much. It is not fancy but has everything we need for an enjoyable week’s of exploring the fall colors of New Hampshire. The cabin is centrally located for the beautiful White Mountains. There is a real working fireplace. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings of the cabin along with the view and sound of a running river in the back. The trees outside the cabin had beautiful fall leaves. I highly recommend it for someone who enjoys nature and life’s simple pleasures.

Quaint lil cabin on the river

We loved our time at this home. The deck overlooking the river is awesome. We went in the fall and the foliage is spectacular. Heat worked well, appliances, too. I believe you’re allowed to use the fireplace her, although we didn’t need to. Would stay again!

Location Location

No matter which direction you drove from the cabin, you would find a great small town to check out, drive a little further find a great trail. Easy area to explore, highly recommend.

Cozy cabin with lovely view and sounds of the river. Perfect location to enjoy all the attractions in the area. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Perfect Place

This was exactly what I expected. It was clean and very well stocked. The back deck overlooking the water is what drew me to this cabin. It did not disappoint. I highly recommend this cabin recommend this cabin for your stay

Riverside Mountain Cabin

This was a perfect stay for me and two 7-year-old granddaughters. They loved the cabin and their mountain adventure! The girls were thrilled to spend time at the river. We enjoyed meals outdoors, visited attractions every day! Franconia Notch, Diana's Baths, Glen Ellis Falls, Clark's Bears, Santa's Village, the Moose Tour in Gorham, and the Cog Railway ride to the Mount Washington Summit. I was not interested in luxurious accommodations. I wanted the mountain cabin, semi-camping experience and this was perfect. Falling asleep to the sound of the Ellis River was priceless. Check in was a snap! The hosts, Pete and Yaz, were very attentive to whatever we needed. Comfortable and affordable. Can't thank you enough!

Nice stay in cosy cabin

We had a nice stay at your cabin. It was clean and well provided. Lots of towels :-) (I only had to start the warm water boiler by pressing the most right button which was flashing a red LED , but then it worked and all was well.) We enjoyed ourselves and the beds were comfy. Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin.

Peaceful

We had easy access to both Jackson and North Conway. Restaurants and grocery store were within minutes. We really enjoyed the back porch and sitting by the river. The cabin has everything you would need for a smaller space. The owners were very responsive and provided excellent ideas.
