Our party of 5 adults had a great stay. I especially enjoyed the hot tub and the deck seating options. The house and grounds are lovely. It is all set up very well for guests.

Our host was great and very quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean and pet friendly. They had everything available that you could imagine to make your stay enjoyable.Beautiful river property. We hope to stay there again !!

House was well maintained and very clean. Couple of little things we appreciated were the light switches were all labeled and there was a wagon by the driveway to help bring things down the hill to the house. I would definitely stay here again.

This property has everything you need for a relaxing, riverside stay. Very clean and well organized and lots of sleeping options, including a room with three twin beds! Fabulous hot tub, firepit, and two sets of washers and dryers! We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

One of our favorite properties on the Au Sable. Clean smelling water and nice showers. Easy access to groceries, and downtown Grayling. Nice river access and plenty of amenities at the house itself. House is nicely divided between living space on one side, and sleeping space on the other so early sleepers aren't disturbed by any late night movies.

If I could give them 6 stars for cleanliness I would! It's a beautiful property, The kitchen is well stocked and the river there is beautiful.

We had the absolute best time at this VRBO! It was absolutely perfect for our family. Also the best stay we have ever had. My kids really wanted to learn to fly fish and they were able to do it in the river and had so much fun! I cannot recommend this rental enough.
