The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The river view home is 0.5 miles from public boat ramp for fishing & less than 0.25 miles from several parks. It is half way between Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach Causeway bridges to the beach, which are each 3 miles to the beach either way. The Ocean Center Convention Center is close by. You can also access the waterway, new Pictona Pickle Ball facility and golf courses just minutes away. You can have access to kayaks, as well as several bikes & a grill. If you are Freedom Boat Club members there is a club close by and several parks with docks to load from.

A great family house with all our multi-generational family needed for a wonderful stay. The bedroom situation was a bit odd - bunk beds in two of the three bedrooms - and one "bedroom" had a murphy bed but limited privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Yes the room description is in the house description. However, in September the house will be remodeled and those rooms will have their own door and no walk through.

Very nice view of the river, from the start we were welcomed. Any problems we had (only one) she was just a phone call away to help, and even stop by to fix it. The house is beautiful and in a great location, just a few miles from the ocean and a little seated park with views of the Halifax River. Plenty of seating, beds and room in the back yard. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect. Our host was awesome and responsive for everything. Both inside and outside is beautiful. Great location, so easy to get to Daytona Beach. We ate at many of the restaurants in the guide book, they were all great. If I could give this VRBO 20 stars I would.

We had a great stay! House was clean, open and spacious! We enjoyed the back yard and firepit! We were there for a youth football tournament, so the grass field across the street was great for the kids to warm up and get some practice in! Neighborhood felt nice and safe, water front was steps away!

Yes, this home was so spacious. We love the location, close to the water, very quiet neighborhood. Miss Michelle was very responsive. Would definitely come again.

Great house near the waterway

This was a great house for five adults and a dog! Easy working with the owner to make our stay easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

When you checked in the message i sent you asked you if you wanted a digital code for the digital lock on front door. I checked and you did not respond that you wanted one. Many people prefer the keys, so we only give code if want one.

I booked the home for my son’s graduation from ERAU. We had family with some of his best friends come and stay at the home. Perfect location The house had everything we needed and even more! There was so much space for everyone to gather, eat and even just hang out!If we find ourselves back in the area, I will definitely book this home again!!

Wonderful Family House

The house was not only able to accommodate a large family, but also had toys, games and a ready to go coffee and tea bar. This definitely was a great house and me and family look forward to coming back.

Great location

This is my third time staying here. Hostess is fantastic to work with, quick to respond. Has a great supply of kitchen utensils to be able to feed large crowds and lots of stuff to use for the beach.

Beautiful and clean home.

The house is very beautiful, spacious,and clean. There was plenty of room for the 13 family members. We would definitely stay there again. A big thanks too the host.

Great house

Amazing home even better host

Our team rented this house for a competition weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better home, host or location. It was well worth the money and very cost effective. We had everything we needed and it was within minutes of the beach.

Summer Vacation

This property was absolutely the best. It was clean and big rooms. There were plenty of towels and other every day items to make our stay perfect. Also, having a washer and dryer was great.
