Nice house close to beach

It was a cozy home with mostly updated features and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very close to the beach and walkable restaurants. The layout with areas blocked off was different, but maybe some construction for expansion was happening. Great yard as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing

This was one of the best vacations my family has had. The house was amazing. Right across from the beach. The host was wonderful could not have ask for anything better. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be going back again next year.

Clean & cozy

Home was clean and in a great location. Had no problems with check in, a few minor maintenance on the gate needed and would have been nice to have a little more bedding available but overall our stay was good. Would recommend.

Perfect family stay!

We loved that the unit had a yard our kids could play in, that there was a washer and dryer in the house and a gated yard! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place!

The house was a good size for our family of four. It is also a close distance to the beach access stairs. There are spaces to park (probably around 12-15) which I highly recommend instead of trying to cross busy A1A. When we got there we found out our coffeemaker pot was cracked and I notified the owner just to let her know what I found. Since she lives on property she replaced the coffeemaker when she saw we left for dinner. It was right there in the kitchen when we got back. Very good customer service! We did not use the grill as we had no inside access to the backyard but we sat out on the front porch every morning and had our coffee. It was very nice and relaxing. We saw (and met) the owner a few times and she was very nice and helpful. There were helpful notes inside the house on what to do during your stay, and preparing to check out. The doors we did not have access to were labeled clearly as well. It made everything quite easy! Great getaway!

First time in Florida and using VRBO. Great experience!

We could not of asked for any better location, communication, or amenities. Easy to book and communication was excellent with the home owner. The house has a large gated and fenced in yard which is wonderful with smaller kids. Also, helped us to feel safe while on vacation. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Great Home

I’m very happy with our stay here. Property manager was quick to reply to my questions and very reassuring. Safe neighborhood. Great location. And, I appreciate having a home away from home especially when traveling with kids. The home had kitchenware and some pantry items already. Linens were supplied too. Huge yard for entertainment with roomy inside. Very happy and will return in future. Thank you!

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay! We flew in, so it was really nice that the house had all the extras you need! We loved the large, private outside space also! Very close to the beach, all the shopping you need & several places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we plan another Daytona trip!

Wish we could have stayed longer

We truly enjoyed our stay!! The house and property were clean and well maintained. They had everything we needed to get straight to our vacation! It was a short walk to the beach and was close to shopping and restaurants. The property manager checked on us via text and even asked if we would like to stay a few days longer! If we wouldn't have all needed to be back to work, we would have tried to change our flight! Would stay here again and again!!

2023 Friends Get Away

The property was very clean and had good sized bedrooms. It was very close to Daytona Beach and centrally located for our activities. It had a well stocked kitchen and there was a BBQ that could be accessed. The house was located in a quiet neighbourhood and had ample parking available. The owners were very friendly and approachable. In future we'll definitely check the availability of this property for our next trip to the Daytona area.

Great location and quiet area

Had a great stay at this home! Great location near the beach and restaurants. Owners were very accommodating - offering beach chairs, grilling and sunny location. Home has everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. Would absolutely stay again!

Best way to spend Christmas

We have visited friends in Daytona and stayed in a hotel that was not ADA complaint and my Husband is in wheelchair. This home had a few small steps my Husband could manage and the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The owner lives on the property and was kind and caring, even giving my daughter snacks. We can’t wait to stay again!!

Super Location and house

Easy communication with the owners to get inside initially. The location is amazing especially when considering the price. The house itself is well maintained for an older property, furniture is a bit dated but not uncomfortable. Nothing was broken or not in working condition. Couch /beds were not the best ever, but not the worst by any means and at the price point perfectly fine. I slept well, showered well. TV takes a minute to figure out but I did not have a gen Z around to show me how either. The simple Christmas trees and lights were a nice surprise and the front porch furniture and tables are a great place to sit nad talk about the day.

Beautiful

This was my second time in the area but it was my first time renting this home. I love the location, it's an easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance for surrounding fast-food and restaurants. This home is the ideal home for a family like mine that has kids under 5 years. It's gated and has a whole backyard. They have boogie boards and beach chairs you can borrow along with sand castle building toys for kids. When we first arrived, the garbage disposal in the sink was not in working condition, however it didn't bother us until the dishwasher wouldn't work either because it drains through the garbage disposal and was leaking. My husband called the homeowner and she took care of it and sent someone to come fix it. All was a quick fix and we were all on our merry way. It definitely was a great experience. I would note that this home has 2 parts. The front section and the back. They are separated with each it's own kitchen bathrooms etc. When we arrived, one of the doors leading to the back section of the home was opened and therefore we thought that it was made available to us. To much of our surprise, it wasn't suppose to be opened, but the owner was kind and understanding. We will definitely rent again in the future.
