Gorgeously renovated home has 4 spacious bedrooms, living room & dining room large enough to entertain and kitchen perfect for making those home-away-from-home meals. Being across the street from the beach, you can wake up to stunning sunrises while you enjoy your morning coffee or relax on the wrap around porch and watch the sunset. With walking trails, restaurants and shops close by you never have to go far.

Nice house. Great location. Across the street from a fishing pier and a beach that doesn’t get crowded. Large couch and dining room table worked out great for us, a family of 7. I would definitely recommend this property.

We are three friends in our 40s who get together annually, and this was an absolutely perfect space for us. Being so close to the beach was perfect, and there was so much in walking distance. Three comfortable bedrooms, all fairly uniform, made sleeping arrangements easy to figure out, and a huge living space where we could claim one table for doing a puzzle and another table for eating gave us exactly as much room as we needed. We hope we are able to rent the property again next summer!

The house was beautiful! Clean, plenty of supplies and lots of space. We ended up having gorgeous weather for Connecticut in May and the sunsets were amazing.

Family Thanksgiving

This is a very lovely old home in a beautiful beach location for our annual Thanksgiving family reunion week. The window views, especially from the kitchen and living room are gorgeous. Even tho it was cold in November, our nightly corn hole tournament kept us outside bundled up. Great living area to hang out and play games or watch a show together with hot chocolate or your warm drink of choice. Host is absolutely amazing and accommodating. Communicates in a very timely manner to address any questions that may arise. I highly recommend this beautiful home and a better host couldn’t be found!

Out of town wedding accommodations

This house is great!!! Beautiful views of the sound, just across the street from public beach. House is beautiful inside with old hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms are nicely updated. We had 4 couples staying for 4-5 days and were able to really enjoy our visit. The only negative comment would be lack of washcloths, only 3 in the whole house. We purchased some. The corner seems to have some questionable activity throughly the day, at least while we were there.

Our Northeast stay

Close to restaurants. Beach and pier 100 yds away. Right on bike/walking trail. Very clean well stocked house. Loved sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
