Such a great place to host a big group! We absolutely loved the house and the area. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach, near New Haven and bars, and overall just close to everything we needed.

We booked last minute to see family, we got there and the home was beautiful. We loved that it was near the airport and got to see the planes land and take off. It was super clean with a homey feel. We had a great time and will be booking here again. The host was very responsive and was super nice through out the stay. Were excited to come back again! Highly recommend this home!

This spacious and very homey residence was located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood convenient to all amenities, highways, restaurants, shopping and local Airport. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available include a dining room table that sat 10 and full stocked kitchen. The backyard was private where we could relax day or night. We enjoyed a user friendly fire pit.

The house was clean, well maintained, well stocked and extremely comfortable. The backyard was perfect for sitting around the fire pit or playing some lawn games. We didn't use the grill but it looked brand new. The host and I texted and he was friendly and available for any questions we had. It's a 15-minute drive to some of the best pizza in the Northeast and an 18-minute walk to a beach and a lighthouse and a park and picnic area with a carousel.Really made for a fantastic weekend.My friends and I plan on coming back!

We booked this home for a family wedding nearby. The host was great to work with- very responsive and helpful with clear instructions; check-in and out was easy. We had small children with us- a toddler/baby and the toys and amenities for small kids were amazing! We were a bit disappointed that there wasn't more to do in the surrounding area.

Im glad you found the house to be perfect for your family of all ages. I wish I knew what you were looking for to entertain yourself after the wedding that was 2 blocks away, I certainly would have pointed you in the right direction. There are world-class restaurants, museums, breweries, libraries, famous architecture all within a few miles. There are also playgrounds and beaches within walking distance. If you need to entertain your kids there are jump parks, a children's museum, pottery/art studios and a movie theater within 10-15 mins of the house. The city has it all, you just have to look. Chris

Home was exactly as expected and had plenty of space for our large group in town for a wedding. I extra appreciated the baby-friendly rooms and toys, it made traveling with an infant and young toddler so much less stressful than normal.

This was a wonderful stay from a host who was more than welcoming. If you're looking for a spacious, clean and accommodating place on the Connecticut shore, this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Stay!

We were in New Haven for a Yale graduation and this home was a big win! We were only 12 minutes from campus and it was great to come back to a clean and spacious home to relax. The house is just as it’s pictured and Chris was excellent to rent from. We would definitely recommend for groups staying in New Haven!

Family friendly home in New Haven area

My family stayed at the house fora reunion with our CT family. It was perfect for our needs. The house is large and is set up for large groups. Chris was very communicative before the check-in which help make for a smooth stay. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This is the place to stay!

This house is incredible! It is both gorgeous and the perfect place to vacation/staycation/host friends and family at for local events. The amenities are above and beyond and you truly feel at home (if your home is a pristine and thoughtfully decorated). My friends and I are so happy we found this gem and are figuring out the next time we can find an excuse to get together here!

Hi There! My name is Chris and my wife Brittaney I just moved in to this beautiful house in November of 2021. I am a long-time New Haven resident and I LOVE this city! We hosted our previous home in Wooster Square for years until we recently moved here. You couldn't ask for a better space to entertain than this! We are very excited to share our home and ideally I would like to rent to families or large groups coming in to New Haven for special weekends at Yale, including Alumni, Graduation weekend, and local Weddings. The house is located within walking distance to New Haven's own Light House Point Park which is known for its beautiful beach, historic lighthouse, and for hosting the most amazing summer weddings. Wedding venues Amarante's Sea Cliff and Anthony's Ocean View are both right down the street, making this the PRIME spot vs any hotel in the area. Connecticut famous beaches are only 15 minutes away. Best of both worlds, close to downtown and equally close to the shore. Entertain your friends and large family with an open floor plan and over 4,000 square feet of living space.
