Experience some of the best views in all of Northwest Arkansas! Nestled on the western edge of the Ozark Mountains, our cabin is located 4 miles from I-49 and 11 mins from Baum Stadium/the University of Arkansas! The cabin is located on a gravel road, 0.9 miles from the pavement. Enjoy breathtaking views of the valley with amazing sunsets. We are excited to host you!


Custom built oak and chinking cabin. Modern finishes and locally built mission style furniture throughout.

Bedroom: King bed, desk, bedside tables, walk-in closet, 55 inch QLED 4K Smart TV. We have an antenna that picks up 20 plus channels and you may sign into your personal streaming accounts!

Living room: Wood burning fireplace, Stickley leather couch, table and antique Stickley chairs

Bathroom: Full tile shower with sliding glass door, 3cm quartz counter, stackable washer and dryer

Kitchen: 3cm quartz countertop with custom oak mission style cabinets, stainless steel efficiency appliances, well stocked with essentials, coffee pot and coffee, basic condiments and seasonings for guest use

This cabin was absolutely amazing!! The property and views were to die for, and interior of the cabin was so warm and welcoming. The pictures really do not do it justice! Check in, check out were super easy and host communication was proactive and fast. Will definitely stay again!
Sunsets are a must see!
Property with pond and tree swing (even fun for the adults)
Bedding is super comfy

Absolute gem

The property was beautiful, and incredibly clean. The view was spectacular, perfect for catching the sunset over the mountains. An easy drive to Fayetteville if you’re wanting to explore a bigger town. The bed and linens were comfortable and fresh. Can’t wait to stay here again! The host was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. The property was quiet and private.

The view was spectacular and we loved the swing! Super romantic. We were there to see friends, but a romantic setting was still nice! Quiet, walkable road, rural feel.If you're looking to cook/eat in for a large portion of your stay, you might want to bring some sturdier stuff to microwave in or put hot food and drinks in. The provided cups/bowls were disposable/thin plastic except for a few few handmade mugs, and no Tupperware for leftovers. There was a good quality pot and some other nice kitchen amenities were provided though!

The space was great. Beautiful finishes with an awesome view! Easy access to University of Arkansas. Would recommend this place for parents visiting their college kid or a romantic getaway.

Jessica was an absolutely fabulous host! Everything was perfect from the start. The mountain view overlooking Fayetteville was better than anticipated. We were there for the 3rd and 4th of July and saw all the fireworks in the valley both nights! You will enjoy this property. We will be going back.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way... Our trip was unexpected, and thus, planned very quickly. We didn't take much time to really dig deep on reviews. Just saw that is was rated high and had a king bed & A/C. :) When we arrived, WOW were we surprised at just how peaceful and scenic the property was. Everything was clean and tidy. The view from the porch is vast and beautiful. We spent mornings watching the fog lift off the adjacent hills/valleys. In the evenings, we watched the multiple sunsets and were entertained by the many deer in the area. Our last evening we stepped outside just to see 3 fawns (still covered with spots)...They were all looking back into the weeds/wildflowers where they had just appeared from and moments later a 4th smaller fawn (perhaps the "runt of the litter" so to speak) slowly emerged and they sauntered across the lawn just 30-40 yards away from us. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!!
