Great experience at Pumpkin Ridge for an extended family weekend get together. Plenty of space to fit two families and my mother in law. We spent our evenings gathered around the table in the Barn or at the fire pit. The host even had a bouquet of flowers waiting for my mother in law (her birthday celebration) which was very sweet. It’s a great rental option if you want privacy as well as your own space since it’s two separate rentals in one!

Our family absolutely loved this property and made the most of its many amenities, including the fire pit, hot tub, pool table, nature walk, and long gathering table. The stable was the perfect spot to watch the OSU game and enjoy some fun, games, and family time, while the barn provided a wonderful setting for evening dinners and gatherings around the fire pit. It was also a cozy retreat for anyone looking to unwind with a good book and some quiet relaxation.The beds were VERY comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to remove or consolidate a few items to create additional storage space for dry goods. We brought our own storage bins, which worked perfectly, but guests bringing a week's worth of groceries would likely appreciate a little more pantry space.A special shout-out to the cast iron pan! My mother loved it and took the time to season it like a pro for future guests to enjoy.This property offered the perfect combination of comfort, amenities, and space for family gatherings. We had a fantastic time, and this location is definitely going on our "Gotta Come Back" list!

The cabin was super clean and well kept. It had everything we needed—plenty of utensils, cups, and plates—which made things really convenient. The fire pit was great to relax around, and the trail nearby was a cool bonus to explore. The hot tubs were also very clean and enjoyable. On top of that, the owner was amazing—super helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Definitely would come back!

Host was super easy to get connected with when we had a need, and the property was amazing. We really enjoyed having separate spaces for the family members. We didn't get a chance to walk the trails, but the property seemed awesome! Super clean upon arrival. The only suggestion I would make would be to have more towels available to guests if possible. :) A washer and dryer would be an awesome addition as well. Thanks for a great stay!

The two spaces were perfect for our adult family of 8! The stable was great for playing games, pool table and watching basketball on the large tv while it rained. The Barn was great for our family meals and for those who wished to go to bed earlier. Much thought and care was put into the beautiful decor and making sure guests had everything they needed. Communication was great too!

Perfect girls getaway

This was such a wonderful place to stay while we enjoyed good food, relaxation, and good company. The hot tubs, sauna, fireplace, pool table, fuly stocked kitchen, and serene setting made our weekend feel like a retreat.

Absolutely stunning property!

Our visit was beyond our expectations. This property is absolutely breathtaking, from the preserve, wildlife, location- the description just does not describe the atmosphere and beauty. We will definitely book here again!

Great Getaway

Great place

Place is fully equipped with everything we needed , very clean and organized, plenty space for the kids , everyone loved it and we all had fun cooking doing outdoor activities and have quality family time, we definitely going back soon .

Pumpkin Ridge is a beautiful property, very roomy and comfortable for our gathering family of 12. Having two dwellings was awesome and spacious. We enjoyed quiet relaxation, hiking trails , the hot tub and sitting around the fire. Also enjoyed nearby fishing at Lake Hope, Cedar Falls, Old Mans Cave, a visit to Muddy Boots Farm and the Rock House. Great location and within driving distance of activities. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.

Weekend Escape

Couldn’t have been happier with the property and cabins. The environment provided for a great experience. Must say the sauna was a nice touch to help relax.
