Welcome to The Meadow View — a modern-rustic retreat set on 40 private acres in the
heart of the beautiful Hocking Hills. This one-of-a-kind hillside cabin offers breathtaking,
long-range views overlooking a serene meadow, framed by rocky, forested hills.

Designed for relaxation and connection, our cabin comfortably hosts groups of 2 to 8, with special consideration for up to 2 additional guests.

Whether you’re gathering with friends, planning a family escape, or seeking a romantic getaway, this space offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and adventure.

Wake up to the sound of birds, sip your morning coffee on one of the two front decks, and soak in the incredible scenery. In the evenings, dine outdoors under the stars, share stories around the fire, or unwind in one of the three private master suites.

The place was absolutely stunning! It was everything we wanted and needed. It accommodated our large group perfectly. The beds were so comfortable and the entire place was so clean. The host was so kind and responded very quickly! 10/10! Would recommend this home to anyone.

Well-appointed, comfortable, new build with beautiful views. Loved the lay out of three bedroom suites as well as the outdoor decks and patio spaces. Kids loved the Pac-Man / video game machine in the loft. Easy to relax and unwind at this property. Would recommend. :)

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our group of six (three couples). We loved having 3 master bedrooms with attached master bathrooms. The property was beautiful and secluded. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit each day of our stay! We definitely plan to visit again and would highly recommend this property to others!

The stay was wonderful! We really loved the layout of the house, the hot tub was fun, but our favorite was the property and all the exploring we could do as a family.

Great layout! Great property! We loved everything about our stay and will definitely stay again. Great host, super clean, easy to find and beautiful views. The hot tub was wonderful. The fire pit areas are so relaxing. Recommend for sure.

We had a perfect stay at this property for our group of three couples. The three master suites were ideal, giving everyone their own private space and plenty of comfort. The covered porch and covered breezeway were especially appreciated since it rained every day during our trip. We also loved the outdoor fireplace — it kept the breezeway warm and created a cozy atmosphere for everyone to gather and relax.The host’s communication was excellent throughout the entire stay: responsive, helpful, and very timely. Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience, and we would absolutely stay here again and rent from this owner in the future.

One of the best properties we have stayed at! Beautiful home with a spacious and thought out layout. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. All areas were very clean. The property itself it beautiful, and has acres of trails to explore. Kids loved the loft and games. We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful home in picturesque setting!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Well equipped, comfortable, clean. Especially enjoyed watching outdoor movies with the fireplace going, s'mores at the fire pit, and the covered hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Memories!

What a beautiful space. We had a great time on our family tradition - Hocking Hills after Christmas! Relaxing by the fire, hanging out in the hot tub, board games in the lofted space, we made a ton of memories! Can’t wait to go back!

Quick weekend getaway with friends in December: Super easy to find and very accessible even with snow on the ground. Great location; very close to a grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped for full cooked meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and its location. The layout of the home is incredible and ideal for a group of couples! We will be returning next year.

Location was good, relative to key attractions in the area. House was definitely set up to provide separation for couples when needed but also great spots for togetherness, lol. The perfect setup for multiple families or multigenerational groups. Host was very responsive and helpful for big and small questions. Well equipped in the kitchen, which came in handy. Overall the house was very clean…beds, bathrooms, kitchen appliances and counters were spotless. However, the floors could have used a good sweeping and the tables outside were too dirty to eat at. Just a heads up, you can’t see the house from the road and the house number is not marked at the bottom of the driveway. Plus all of our gps sent us past the driveway and then told us we were “at our destination” which caused some confusion until we turned around and actually found the house. Lastly, and this may have just been a fluke, but the gravel driveway, which is a little steep at one point, had huge ruts in multiple places from some really heavy rain that came through both the days leading up to our trip and also while we were there. Overall a very nice long weekend…we would stay there again :)

Beautiful cabin!

Beautiful cabin! With well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. 4 full baths was perfect for our party of 10. Responsive and helpful hosts as well! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing getaway!

This is a one of a kind place! This cabin was perfect for our girls getaway. We had plenty of room, and the grounds surrounding the cabin are gorgeous. Very updated, clean and responsive hosts. Highly recommend this cabin!

Fantastic stay!

Originally we were going to wait for our honeymoon but, last minute decided to book The Meadow view and could not have been more perfect for us. Every morning having breakfast on the front main deck was so beautiful, and peaceful, spent some evenings in the hot tub which set the tone for a week of peace and relaxation, hiking in the state park and dinner out one night did not disappoint. Definitely will return and probably with other friends. Romantic, peaceful, beautiful!

Relaxing Get Away

From the beginning, the Gregg‘s were very helpful with booking through checkout. The house and property had everything we needed it for our three day stay. The hot tub grill, master and fire pit were very much enjoyed. We traveled with an almost 3-year-old and there were lots of things for him to be entertained by. We would definitely consider this property in the future. The area is beautiful in the fall with local hikes, coffee, shops, and unique stores nearby.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This is the best place we’ve tried to date. A very well supplied kitchen. When they say everything you need they mean it. Plenty of towels and the washer dryer is a great addition. You can’t beat the views and it’s a quiet relaxing space. Recommend you try it out next time you go to Hocking Hills area!

3 couples went for news years eve.

Property was clean and very nice facility. Hosts were very helpful and answered any questions we had right away. We definitely will be returning. I would highly recommend spending time at Meadow View.
