Our second time saying here and it was just as good as the first time! Such a great location and well taken care of home! It’s clean and has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The back deck is my favorite part!

Fantastic home for our family Thanksgiving! Hosts went above and beyond to help us when the power went out and we needed to cook our turkey dinner!Great location on the river!Very well finished home with a great layout. The back patio view is awesome! Hope to come back and stay here again!

The house was spacious and clean with plenty of room to settle in and relax. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was a hit! We would stay again if we are in the area.

Great place!

Love Riverhouse! Stayed there with my son before his move into WCU and enjoyed the back porch for family time. Loved just relaxing in this home with the river views the rest of the week.

Extended family getaway

Can not praise this property or the owners enough. The hospitality was gracious and the accommodations immaculate, beautiful, and thoughtful. We were not just comfortable, we were spoiled. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your riverside haven.

Property and as described and is a beautiful location on the Tuck. Very well maintained with modern updates. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely return.

We highly recommend staying here! We had the best time staying here! The place was clean, is well taken care of. We had plenty of towels for our stay and the kitchen was fully stocked. The view on the back porch was beautiful!! It was cozy and felt like home. We can’t wait until we visit again!!

This host was incredibly communicative and generous with us, supporting questions and even accommodating an early arrival that would help our small child we were traveling with. The river house was a perfect destination for our family, attending a WCU graduation. The space was perfectly clean and comfortable, with nice amenities and pleasant decor. Comfortable rooms spaced enough for privacy. The deck especially dreamy, with a great spanning view of the river where you can watch fish rise and enjoy changing scenes across the day. Parking was doable for more than three cars, especially if low enough to pull under into the paved area under the house. Great stay and I highly recommend!

WCU graduation stay

We are a family of 6 and were in the area to support our eldest as he graduated from WCU. It was 15 minutes door to door from this property. This property was very clean and comfortable. We wished we were able to stay longer and enjoy the river, just steps away, and the hot tub.

Fantastic house!

We were in Sylva for college graduation. The River House was absolutely fantastic! Very clean. Well stocked with necessary items. Owners were great to work with. Absolutely no problems. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

We didn’t want to leave!

We so enjoyed spending a couple of nights at this lovely spot. Jessica was so dear and accommodating and even helped mail something home that we left at the house! Her communication was wonderful! The porch was our favorite! Looking out the window at the river was just lovely. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful setting right along the Tuckasegee River. The bedroom was especially clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and covered porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the river. The location was also great and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay. The house had enough rooms for everyone to have their own space. The house was clean and very comfortable.The deck and the hot tub were relaxing. Being on the river was fun. Location was great.We all loved it and will be back!!!Thank you.
