Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It’s a nice neighborhood, just a short driving distance to historic St. Augustine. The house was very clean and the host was great! We had everything we needed in the house. I would definitely recommend this home if you are going to St. Augustine with a large group.

Host is friendly and communicative. Answers very quickly. House clean and beautiful. Very close to downtown.I would stay here again.

Seafood Festival

My family decided to go to St. Augustine for the seafood festival for weekend. I remember walking into the home the fresh smell was breathtaking. The home was well cleaned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The home was located so that we could easily get to other locations in the city.

St Augustine

The property was extremely clean, recently renovated, fit all 12 of us with room to spare. Our host kept in touch with us and responded quickly. The location was great and we would stay there again if we were in the St. Augustine area. All in all a wonderful family Christmas!

Florida Wedding

My family and some friends came down for my son's wedding in St. Augustine. I needed a large home with enough bedrooms for 7 people and this property fit the bill with 5 BRs and 3 full bathrooms. It was also close to the wedding venue and still convenient to "old town." We also had a family picnic afterward at Treaty Park which was right down the street. The property had everything we needed and was well appointed and clean. The host was great to communicate with and kept me informed when there was a hurricane a couple of days before we arrived. Would stay in this property again.

Perfect Oasis!!

My family checked in on Thursday night because the drive from NC was long. But upon arrival you could tell this was a nice neighborhood and it was very quiet. The house is two stories with a master bedroom downstairs. The downstairs master does not have a bathroom attached to it but there is a bathroom downstairs. The upstairs had 4 bedrooms and a master suite with a bathroom attached. The living area was amazing and we enjoyed spending time with each other down there. We had eight (8) in our family because we were in town for my nephews wedding. We door dashed some food but the backyard has a grille that you can use. We woke up with deer in the backyard and it was so peaceful. The owner was fast in replying and stayed in communication with us. There were no issues. Just a heads up, the checkin is at 5 pm and checkout is at 10 am. We definitely recommend this place and would give it a 10 Star Rating if possible!
