This beautiful home is a peaceful paradise. The minute you walk in you feel the stress and tension wash away! This house is steps to the intracoastal, with peeks from the front and side decks! This property has a fenced-in yard for the safety of your dog!
The side deck has string lights, a grill, and outdoor seating! The yard is newly pavered with stone to make even more great outdoor space including a great new fire pit with Adirondack chairs. It offers a beach wagon, beach chairs, boards, kayaks and a tandem bicycle…so much fun!!!

We loved our stay. The home was clean and inviting and the location and all the extra touches, like the kayaks and beach equipment, were amazing.

This rental has plenty of room we are a family of 6 and there was plenty to occupy all the children at all ages. Great location to the Atlantic and the intercostal. Quiet area and beautiful home.

This property was impressive!! Such a friendly host and very well equipped for a fun beach weekend. The space was beautifully decorated. We had 3 adult couples and there was plenty of space. Would definitely book again!

Delightful home perfectly located between intercoastal boat ramp and beach access. Quite, relaxed neighborhood. Well-appointed, spacious home with lots of beach toys. Hostest was great with communication and making the home very welcoming. Clean and updated premises.

You get the best of both worlds the beautiful private beach access walking distance (you do have to cross a main road but you can also drive to an an area a short driving distance from the area that has free parking and a playground if you don’t want to cross that road) and the intercostal area for kayaking. We love that the kids room had toys, books, fun plusheys and decor. They even provided games to play with our family( Qwirkle, cards, etc.). The large sofa was perfect for napping. Cleaning products and snacks provided were a bonus. Grateful to have an affordable vacation location that’s pet friendly there was even a small box on the private beach side with tennis balls for dogs.

Nancy our host was great to deal with. Roomy house well equipped, clean well appointed bedrooms and lots of extras. Would definitely recommend this house for short or long stay!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay with our family of 8. The house was in a safe area. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. A brief walk to either the inter coastal or the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We stayed here because it was dog friendly and the owner supplied everything we needed for a day at the beach which was a huge help!! Can walk or drive to nearby beaches and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Very happy with our stay

The outdoor area was so enjoyable with the fire pit. The home was clean and all rooms comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and just minutes to historic St Augustine.

Everything was wonderful- lots of space, well stocked, great location. We could walk to the beach on the ocean or make a quick drive to St. Augustine. Space is as described and pictured, with plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 teenagers

Great property for what we needed. Relaxing and home like. First property we have stayed at where we had to empty the dishwasher before leaving so that was unexpected. Property owner was great at communicating. We forgot a necklace and she tried to find it for us. Unfortunately it is still lost, but very precious piece of jewelry with high sentimental value.
