Built in 2022, this peaceful retreat, is filled with many modern amenities. The large fully stocked kitchen features an induction cooktop, two ovens, microwave and large island for meal preparation and gatherings. Spa bathroom offers large open shower with two shower heads, heated stone floor, heated towel rack and large vanity. Separate infrared sauna provides therapeutic relaxation. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, adjustable height desk and chair, and cedar lined closet. Bedroom 2 contains two twin adjustable beds, large TV and cedar lined closet. The living room features wood burning stove, two ergonomic reclining chairs and ottomans, two sofas and large TV. Windows surround every room, providing plenty of natural light. Central air-conditioning/heat and ceiling fans provide the perfect temperature and unit contains full-size washer and dryer. Large wrap around deck offers stunning views and makes the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

This house and property was better than we could have ever imagined! We were able to use this as a getting ready location for our wedding in Harvard, MA. The host, Fiona, was so kind and gracious for this. We couldn’t be happier with how the weekend went and are hoping to return next year for an anniversary trip!!(photos: Genevieve Photography)

The home, atmosphere and surrounding area was absolutely what we needed. It’s a lovely home, the views from the porch are stunning and instantly bring you a sense of peace. Lots of buzzing bees and birds. Fiona was so kind to show us the house and welcome us. I’d absolutely come back again.

The house was very comfortable and clean, and the hostess was friendly and offered a quick intro to the house (door locking, convection stove). Supplies were great, bed very comfortable, and property was beautiful and private. The location was perfect for access to Concord, Lexington, and restaurants. The house has a sauna and laundry, and everything you could want or need.

Absolutely perfect for our needs, we reallyEnjoyed the deck space during good weather. The smart home features challenged us a little but Fiona is an excellent host who helped us get on track. Nearby wooded trails were Excellent for morning exercise, my dog is sad to leave. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay at Fiona’s guesthouse ! We stayed there while our bathroom was getting worked on (we live 15 minutes away) it was perfect location as it was close to trails we walk at with our dog and to our work. We loved the spacious kitchen and the gorgeous bathroom. We hope to stay again

Amazing guest house and property! Super clean, stylish modern appliances, quiet and very relaxing, especially the sauna and shower! Great value. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully on our next trip to Massachusetts.

Picture does not do this property justice! Extra large walk in bathroom/shower, beautiful views, quiet, clean, large screen TV, Red light sauna, very modern, close distance to town, pet friendly if needed, plenty of towels and necessities needed for travel - host is amazing, very helpful & friendly - responds quickly!

This place and the host are fantastic! You will not regret staying here. The amenities are top notch. You will LOVE the heated toilet seat. Don't hesitate book now. The host is super reachable and responds very quick.

I cherish every morning in this newlly built compound on the hill. The sunrises are stunning. The fresh air and the sounds of nature are healing. I love going for a run every morning, right here on the private track around the property. Premier hiking trails are but a step away. I love connecting with nature and think about things - winter, spring, summer and fall - in a quiet comfy sunlit room with a hot cup of tea. I'm a quiet attentive person and enjoy getting to know my guests.

The two houses on this property were designed and built by a team of talented professionals - the architect, interior designer, landscape designer and builder. The team worked well together and put their hearts and souls into creating this stunning property. You feel the magic the minute you arrive.

The guest house is sunny and warm with a fully equipped kitchen, a wood stove, two large Google TV sets with a complete choice of content to watch, Internet and Wi-Fi and all the comforts of home. The house is wheel-chair compatible. Being commited to health, we put in an infrared sauna and use only non-toxic cleaning products. You will have access to the outdoor walking/running path, hiking trails and beautiful landscaping. It's a peaceful place with a caring an welcomming host. We are on a secluded island of beautiful nature and at the same time close to shops, restaurants and movie theatres. It's a dream house.
