Wonderful Renovated Family Friendly Home Close to Boston and Lexington

Located less than 25 minutes from Boston, this charming three bedroom home equipped with everything for your family's needs will be the perfect oasis away the hustle and bustle of the city.

First Floor:
Enter into a warm and inviting family room complete with Samsung UHD TV and Sonos Sound System. One step up leads into the chef's kitchen complete with all Viking appliances and All Clad cookware. The kitchen is part of an open concept living space including an eight seat dining room. A sense of luxury is felt in the living room adorned with shiplapped fireplace, and Hunter Douglass full length shutters. A full bathroom and bedroom allow for flexible sleeping accommodations away from the second floor bedrooms.

Second Floor:
Two generous sized bedrooms share a full bathroom outfitted with brand new lush white towels. The master bedroom has a queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress, SMART TV with access to Amazon Prime, HULU, and Netflix, and blackout custom window treatments. The second bedroom is best suited for children. There is a set of twin size bunk beds, a full size crib, and a toddler bed to accommodate your little ones needs. An easel, some books, and toys allow you to leave the excess "stuff" back home. Built into the top and bottom of the staircase are pull across safety gates.

A washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Cozy house in great location

We enjoyed our stay and Janel was very responsive which we appreciated. The house was well appointed and our son especially enjoyed the children’s room with a “secret”closet full of books and toys.

Nice house and great location

We were visiting a variety of places within the general area (Concord, Boston, Plymouth, Salem) and this house was a perfect place for our family. During our downtime, our kids had a great time playing football in the big backyard. The house was a good size for our family of 5 and had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful Gem

This gorgeous home was perfect for our fall foliage getaway. Beautiful home and property, exactly as advertised, and located within easy striking distance to the places we wanted to visit. Janel (owner) was extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.

Wonderful

This house was perfect. Beautiful inside with every amenity you would need. The area is quiet and very safe. Janel was quick and kind with communication. She even ordered coffee pods for us during our stay. We will be back anytime we need to be in Boston!

Great house 🏡

Had a great time here. Nice neighbor and plenty of groceries store, restaurants close by. The owner gets right back promptly with any questions or concerns. Overall exceptional house would highly recommend. ☺️

Very nice stay

The house is well apportioned to meet travelers' needs. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the interstate into Boston and also the charming, historical community of Concord. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful

The house is in a lovely quiet area and is immaculately clean. It was the perfect place for us to stay. With 3 boys with me it was so helpful to have separate public and private spaces so that they could get away from each other… and leave me in peace! It was perfect.

Perfect location for graduation

We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. Plenty of space in the house and out in the spacious yard for people to spread out and socialize. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, close to Boston and Waltham.

Amazing house in great location

This house is beautiful and well maintained. The large backyard was great for the kids to play. The owner was fabulous and communicative. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we are in the area.

Returned for a second stay!

My husband, son, daughter-in-law, and I stayed here over Boston Marathon weekend. We had rented this lovely home for a Christmas visit pre-Covid and loved it so much that we booked it again when my son learned he'd be running the iconic race. The home is well-stocked, well-furnished, and you simply can't beat the location. Plus, the owner is exceptionally thoughtful and responsive. We'll be back again!

Historical getaway

This house was very clean, beautiful and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and exceptional. We found placement for our getway was spot on. We chose this house to experience the traditional New England lifestyle and got exactly what we were looking for.
