Walk to the beach from this upscale condo or relax body and soul in one of the hot tubs of the beautiful resort. Tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches, with a killer patio so convenient for getting to the beach and pool, this marvelous home is perfectly situated offering amazing views and promises of great memories. Located on the first floor of the beautiful BELLA SIRENA resort. BELLA SIRENA E104 unique features: * Ground Floor unit with a HUGE patio! * Located in the E building w BELLA SIRENA E104 unique features: Ground Floor unit with a HUGE patio! Located in the E building which is closest to the beach and has afternoon shade. King beds in each bedroom! Queen sleeper sofa in living room. DirecTV with hundreds of channels available in the living room and bedrooms. SmartTVs in every room. Login to your Netflix account and enjoy! Coffee maker for a regular pot or for your favorite k-cup (please bring your favorite coffee) Ceiling fans in each room. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and even some boogie boards and toys. Keyless entry & easy check-in. Arrive at the guard gate, check-in to receive your parking pass and bracelets, and then go straight to the condo with your digital code. No keys! Free WIFI! Smart thermostat to regulate the central air and central heat. Parking is available just steps outside the unit. Since we are on the first floor it is easy to park and unload. Registered guests have full access to the condominium and patio area as well as full resort access. You must make your reservation for the accurate number of guests staying in the condo. The resort only allows 6 wristbands per unit and every guest, regardless of age, needs a wristband. Please do NOT book this room if you have more than 6 people. Visitors will not be permitted to visit or use the facilities of Bella Sirena. The only area of Bella Sirena that is open to the public is the restaurant/bar on site. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is set up to sleep 4 people comfortably. Any additional people, regardless of age, above 4 will be charged $25 per person per night up to 6 people total. We are available if needed. We respect the privacy of our guests. We are located on Sandy Beach within a guarded gated resort. You have access to 5 pools (2 heated), a swim-up bar, hot tubs, tennis court, gym, on-site restaurant, vast and lush landscape, and of course, semi-private beach access. Sandy Beach is a beautiful stretch of beach and a popular vacation destination when visiting Puerto Penasco. You can sit and relax at a palapa or pull your beach chair right up to the water. You can rent the jet skis, take a kayak out, or even take a family friendly banana boat ride. You will also be surrounded by delicious things to eat like giant coconuts, mangos on a stick, delicious fruit bowls, ice cream carts, cotton candy, and empanadas just to name a few. You can even shop jewelry, art, and traditional housewares from the beach. Puerto Penasco is a small fishing village located on the Sea of Cortez in Mexico. Commonly referred to by American visitors as Rocky Point, this small fishing town has blossomed into a popular modern day vacation destination. Rocky Point is a little over 60 miles from the USA border which makes the seaside city a popular drive-to destination by visitors from the USA. Residents of Phoenix, Arizona can drive to Puerto Penasco, Mexico in as little as 3 and a half hours. Nestled between the beautiful Sea of Cortez and the majestic Sonoran desert, Puerto Penasco is a destination with unique natural beauties and animal life. Don’t miss the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site El Pinacate and Gran Desierto de Altar Biosphere Reserve, the largest active dune field in North America and the site of a spectacular volcanic shield with lava flows, cinder cones, and impressive giant craters. Here you will find unusual creatures, unique plants, and remarkable geological characteristics. You could also try whale watching or take strolls along the boardwalk and the beaches of Las Conchas or El Mirador. A variety of water sports is available -sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, paddleboarding, and deep sea fishing. Puerto Penasco has some of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico - from the famed Playa Arenosa to Playa Bonita, there’s a stretch of sandy shoreline to suit every taste. Take a dip below the surface of the water to see what lies in the Sea of Cortez - some of the best snorkeling sites outside of the Mexican Caribbean can be explored here. We are located in the heart of Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. We will send you a link to directions once you have booked. Pools are heated the winter months. Swim up Bar & Restaurant are operated by SWIM. Please check for the hours of operation. During the slow season, they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
