Our stay was great! Our place was clean & had all the items we needed. Just a few steps away to the pool bar which was amazing!

AMAZING place! The listing is accurate. Our host was always in good communication and answered all our questions. The check-in process at the gate was smooth and the code to get into the unit was easy. The ground floor makes it easy to load things inside from the parking lot and the back door access to the back road makes it easy and convenient to get to the pool, bar, and short walk to the beach (down some steps). The A/C in the unit feels amazing when you walk in!! HUGE patio! Lots of beach toys, I wish we used them more! The beds were big and comfortable. The showers were warm and had great pressure. We appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit since we had so much swimwear to wash. And we brought groceries to use in the kitchen. There are multiple pools on the resort with a swim-up bar that had live music some days. The vendors on the beach are all so friendly. Some of the things we did was get a massage on the beach, order some fruit and snacks, buy some jewelry, and ride a banana boat! (Most vendors accept both dollars and pesos). Overall, it was a great family trip! Highly recommend this E104 unit and resort!

Great location with all the amenities

We met a few families down there and had a great time! Super clean, lots of space and centrally located. Had all the extra sand toys in the room to borrow and the patio was great to hang out at!

Nice unit in a great resort

This unit was clean and the check in process was easy. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but that’s expected at this resort.

Wonderful time again!

This is our third time staying at this property, the first under management by the owner and everything was still just as great! The owner is incredibly responsive, they have added new patio furniture since our last stay as well. The location is so perfect since we travel with our three little ones, it’s easy to walk to the pool, restaurants, short walk to the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Business Trip

The check in time was very late. Had to kill half a day before we could get into the room. The property was very clean and nice. The condo was very roomy and clean. I wish they would have provided a coiple bottles of water.

Amazing!

We were so impressed with this condo. Very clean and the owner was so nice. Right before our trip the property manager was no longer managing, the owner made it a seamless transition and honored all of our dates and pricing. Best part was at checkout they told us all we have to do is make sure the door is locked. Other places make you do a few chores before you leave! We will definitely stay here again!

Stay was ok

Very misleading description of location. NOT ABLE TO EVEN SEE THE OCEAN. OVERLOOKED THE BACK OF A BAR AND RESTAURANT. NO ICE AVAILABLE OR WERE WE TOLD WE NEEDED TO BRING OUR OWN. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE LIVING AREAS. WHEN BRINGING TWO NEW ELDERLY PARENTS WHO WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THE OCEAN THEY WERE DISAPPOINTED. DAVE WAS GREAT HOWEVER NO INROOM MAPS, OR RESTAURANTS ON SITE. THANK YOU

With all due respect… sounds like we have a reading comprehension issue here. Renting a ground floor and expecting to see the ocean? A Communication is key and we had ZERO message exchanges with Troy so no idea 🤷‍♂️ where these comments are coming from. Thanks for booking with us & we appreciate the positive comments.

Condo in Puerto Peñasco

I've stayed several times in different condos at Bella Sirena in Puerto Peñasco. This specific one had a nice layout for adults with two king beds. Unfortunately the condo was not clean and by the time we arrived which was little after 4pm the cleaning crew was still working on the property rushing over things. We had to wash all covers since they were dirty and used and they didn't have any extras available even though we were staying for a whole week. The person in charge did offer to bring us some but by the time he answered we had washed everything. The property looks like it hasn't been restocked since they convert it into a short term rental. All kitchen utensils, pots & pans, etc. are old and some unable to use. There's not a grill in the condo's patio like in all other condos, but the property itself has one by the jacuzzi. The property manager responded late to my messages and even mentioned that I couldn't bring my two pets who are certified as support animals. He said is not allowed by the property which is not true since I asked Bella Sirena's management at the entrance when doing the check in. They do have potty places throughout the property and plenty of space for pets. Overall this place does look like in the pictures but everything is old.

Thank you, for staying with us Gabriela and for the positive comments. Will address each one of the not so positive comments because some of these comments are nonsense. The condo was not clean? While we thank you for extra cleaning the covers to your satisfaction… you made no mention to the cleaning crew about the covers? Instead, blame us for not responding in time when we tried to help. The property has not been restocked? Of the three condos we own and our old property manager who turned this into a short term rental many years ago this is the best stocked condo of all 10 properties she managed. Late message about your dog? We responded over 2 months (in April) before you were staying with us. ONLY owners are suppose to have pets on the property. The check in is not Bella Sirena management. The HOA office is. If you had an issue with Bella Sirena rules - not ours. You could have booked elsewhere. With, well over 2 months advance notice you made the choice to book this knowing the situation. Everything is old? We upgraded brand new patio furniture last year and make upgrades when we can. Kitchen supplies get taken often so sure we’d love to have all new utensils, pots, pans etc Overall, we appreciate your comments just wish some of them reflected reality of the situation.
