Three local Golf Courses, Jet skiing, kayaking, eco-tours and horse riding nearby. HOA does not allow pets. Responsible adult must be over the age of 25. Ages verified by ID at check in.

This beachfront house completely exceeded our expectations! The location and views were incredible, and the entire home was beautiful, clean and thoughtfully furnished. Every bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the furniture throughout the house was also very comfortable—which is extremely important when you’re staying away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!

Beautiful home with lots of modern upgrades. Absolutely loved our stay with direct access to beautiful beach. We have been to Rocky Point as a family many times; this was the nicest home we have stayed in so far. Had everything we needed and then some.

We have stayed at other units just like this one on the beach. It is well taken care of and provided us with enough space to keep us all happy. Location was great.

Gorgeous house, gorgeous views. Easy checkin and Neal was available and responsive when we had a problem. Kitchen and house were well stocked, the property was clearly well cared for.

Best location in Rocky Point

As always this house never lets you down. Great location and fantastic amenities left us wanting or needing nothing but the beautiful ocean breeze and fun on the beach.
