Close to shopping both downtown canteen district or the new district 177 mall. Three bedrooms will in total sleep 8and a sofa sleeper for a total of 10! There’s one and a half baths, the full bath has a jetted tub for relaxing after a long day of driving or at work!

Great place - central location

This is our second stay and we were just as happy this time as the last. This is centrally located, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to be. Comfortable home with lovely amenities! Strongly recommend!

The best hosts ever.

The house was just the right size for us in an ideal spot in North Platte, within walking distance of the mall and several restaurants and an easy drive to the Canteen District, Cody Park, The Buffalo Bill Ranch and Lincoln County Historical Museum (a far better museum that most small town museums).The house itself is nicely remodeled and very comfortable. The only improvement I could ask for is better accessibility (we getting older and the step into the tub is rather high).The hosts - let’s just say that if you are a short-term rental host, you should stay here to see how it should be done. We’ve stayed at a lot of places and most hosts are quite good. These are the best by a large margin. They leave snacks, they let us know if it is available early, they respond quickly, etc.

Great little house!

Everything was wonderful. Very clean, spacious and the extras (snacks, coffee bar, toiletries and baked cookies upon arrival) were some of the best we have been offered at a rental property. Highly recommended and we will stay again.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 traveling through. The place was clean, had plenty of towels, and extra shampoo and stuff, snacks, drinks, and pancake mix! Beds were comfortable and easy check in and check out process. I would stay here again!

We've stayed here a few times before as we make our way across Nebraska, and we prefer to stay here when available because of the clean house that works well for us and our kids and because the host has always been excellent.

Best ever

The property was beautiful and the hosts were amazing. We've stayed in several vrbos but this was by far the nicest. The special touches were so appreciated and made us feel so welcome and at home! 100% recommend this to anybody needing a place to stay.

Family wedding

This was our first rental experience and I am now a Vrbo fan. The house and hospitality exceeded every expectation. There were so many appreciated extras. I don't know if we will have reason to go back to that area, but I highly recommend it to anyone who is.

Pristine accomodations.

This is an extra nice place "stocked & loaded" with everything you will need for a short stay. Very peaceful, comfortable and clean. Jerry was a great host and we will be back!

I am a father of 5 kids (2 bio and 3 bonus) and a grandfather. We got our first Vacation home in August of 21. My wife and I like to spoil our guests. I have worked in the telecommunications industry for 20 years. My wife has worked in the customer service industry for longer than that. Guest satisfaction is our priority and we strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We do enjoy meeting our guests when it happens but we do respect your privacy as well.

The kitchen, dining and living room are open areas with the laundry and half bath off the kitchen! Then the first and second bedrooms boasts of full size beds located on the right side of the hall. The on the left side across from bedroom 2 you’ll find the full bath with jetted tub! Then last but not least is the third bedroom with a queen size bed! In the closet you’ll find pack and play as well as a queen size air mattress. The sofa in the living room also has a queen size bed!
