We do have a pet fee, it's disclosed you didn’t want to pay. Sorry you didn’t get to bring your dog for free- no miscalculation. Yes, we need to ask questions to screen bad guest and take care of our property. Don’t bring the barking dog.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points about it: The grill is stored to protect it from weather damage but is always available for guest use. Had you requested it, we'd have gladly clarified it. While our standard cleaning schedule is once a week (typically Fridays), we’re always happy to arrange additional cleanings when unexpected weather events occur—just as we did during your stay. We appreciate your patience and are glad we could resolve this quickly for you. In regards to internet. We understand how frustrating a temporary outage can be. However, as explained to you, this was due to an area-wide AT&T outage, and we shared updates with you as soon as we received them. In regards to the other reports you had about internet, we were able to confirm that the service was functioning normally during your stay via speed tests that we also shared with you. Finally, we’ve reviewed our security footage and found no evidence of anyone approaching the door. The neighboring unit was occupied by guests with excellent reviews, and the property is in a family-friendly area. That said, it is also important to point out that we remind all guests that this property has a sister unit with which they share the pool area to make sure everyone knows what to expect.
