We went for a bachelorette weekend and absolutely LOVED this house and host!! All around amazing! And the home is walking distance from WAWAs if you forget anything or want a midnight treat!

This house was absolutely perfect. It was cute and very beautifully decorated. It had plenty of room and was in the perfect location - close to downtown and beach. The hosts were extremely responsive. We were celebrating my last trip as a fiancé and this location, this home was perfect! Would 100% visit again.

This home was an awesome reno; clean, well-stocked, had an amazingly decorative flare, lots of photo ops, quality beds/pillows/appliances, tons of pool toys and floats, nice landscaping, awesome neighborhood and was in close priximity to everything. Still, the best parts were the pool, back porch and backyard! It is a true Florida oasis out back and was the highlight of our every day there. You will take a thousand pictures and not want to leave! The only real downsides were the ring camera that overlooked the pool area (felt invasive), the note on the garage door that said "do not lock" (there was no explanation as to why so we locked it for our own safety and piece of mind) and the bed in the master bedroom moved sooo easily and was loud! No adult time could be had with family in the neighboring rooms. That was disappointing on vacation, especially at the cost. Also, the rug underneath the master bed would pucker up when the bed moved and became a tripping hazard that caught us multiple times during our stay. Fix these things and it's truly a 10/10 stay!! We would definitely consider staying again!! Great hosts with quick and considerate communication.

This was my birthday weekend and I wanted a place to just relax. I loved everything about this experience. The place was very much art deco and the pool was a bonus. I felt the vibe. Thanks Devin and Justin for a great experience!

Perfect Getaway

Loved the place, was just as the pictures showed. Pool was great, warm even on some cooler days. Loved the outdoor TV and patio area. Great location only 10 minutes from downtown or the several area beaches. Tons of good restaurants close by. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great home close to everything

House was super clean and well stocked. Devin was easy to communicate with. Every detail was thought of! The pool area was beautiful and where we spent a great deal of time! Close to shopping, dining, downtown and beaches!! Would definitely return!!

This was our annual family holiday gathering in Saint Augustine. The house was very spacious with seating areas, dining, tv watching and outdoor seating large enough for us all to gather. TVs in all rooms including outdoor on the patio. The beds were nice & comfy and lots of drawer space for our clothing. The pool was a big win and we used it constantly ... thank you for the warmth!!!! Spent hours swimming with the grands!! Communicating with Devin was A ... we will definitely keep this lovely home on our list for next time!

Quiet oasis in a great location

This house made our family vacation such a good time! The neighborhood was quiet, which is perfect for our family. We spent so much time in the pool, sharing meals at the various tables, and enjoying each other in this comfortable space. Every room felt so put together and the attention to detail was noticeable. Devin, the host, has curated a binder with amazing recommendations and info. Everything was close by which was very convenient. I really appreciated Devin’s friendly demeanor and quick responses! We will be back again!

Quiet suburban retreat

Very peaceful visit overall, decor was themed and consistent throughout. Property is close to downtown so access to attractions is easy. Communication was prompt and frequent. Pool was generously heated to 85 degrees so we could enjoy it during our February stay. There is no hot tub as listed, and there is a Ring camera in the pool area. Suggestions for improvement would include the provision of facial tissues, and bleaching/drying the towels provided more thoroughly. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The main sink

Everything was wonderful except for the main sink. The first time we used it we noticed the water getting stuck on the drain. Luckily we did not cook. It probably would have made the clogged sink worse.

The host was very helpful and responsive when questions arose. The pool, size of the rooms and amenities were perfect! Close to the beach, shopping and downtown. So grateful for pet friendly places in order to take my senior dog.

Our St Augustine stay was absoutley amazing! The pool, the home, everything was exactly as described in the posting. Would recommend 10/10 for anyone to book this. Easy access to anything. Travel from the home to activities was a breeze. Devin was great and easy to work with!
