Very nice place to spend the night while passing through on Route 70. The Thistlethwaite Falls are only minutes away and were a perfect evening activity after driving all day.

The house had a musty and smell and the spiral staircase didn't seem clean. It is probably to be expected with the age of the house. It also should be rewired and not need the three prong adapters -again this can be explained by the age of the house

Great Stay!

We did a girls weekend and loved our stay. The property was close to everything we planned, and also very peaceful and relaxing! Our hosts were great and made it very welcoming.

Quaint cottage in Richmond, Indiana. Very peaceful location even though close to downtown. My sisters, our daughters, and I enjoyed spending time in such a beautiful setting.

spiral stair case, is loose and a safety hazard...beds, on top level are lumpy and need replacingkitchen, has 1950" ish" kitchen counter and tableold rugs on floor - which are trip hazardsI am handicapped and top entrance to property has no ramp for entranceentrance to property off street was difficult to find...did enjoy shopping close-byjust not a good experience- I will never return

Great Stay

We came to town to visit family and this little cottage did not disappoint! It’s well stocked, in a good area, and has beautiful surroundings. The owner was easy to contact when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming place

If you like history this is good place to stay. Very beautiful setting for being in town. While sitting outside we saw two deer in the yard. Peaceful place to stay.

The cottage is cozy and welcoming, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. The cottage has lots of charm but could use some updating. We enjoyed our stay at Quaker Hill Cottage.

Beautiful cozy cottage

We stayed here for a weekend in the fall to use as a place to stay outside of Indy. It was a beautiful spot, especially with all the fall leaves. The owner was super responsive to any questions I had beforehand. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. There were two bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. The cottage is in a small enclave with a large older home, very quiet and private. Beyond the enclave is a street that provides easy access to services.

This property is awesome! Beautiful home with everything you need. The owner was very easy to reach, responded immediately, and worked with us when we needed to make last minute changes. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place :)

Convenient and private!

The house was just as described in the listing and had everything we needed. It is situated on a lovely gated estate with a large private deck in back overlooking an expansive lawn. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. We met the owner by chance, and she was super friendly and accommodating! Thank you!!

30th College reunion

Thank you so much for such a lovely home to be our home base as we returned to Richmond from all over the country to celebrate our 30th reunion at Earlham College! We loved the space, the decor and the communications with our host.

Very Satisfied

The house was clean and very cozy. We had a great family time there. Enjoyed the bottle of wine that was at the house on our arrival. Would suggest new steps from the parking lot or maybe a handrail.
