LOVE PEACE HAPPINESS HEADQUARTERS will not disappoint as it’s not lacking excitement, views, or amenities. The headquarters is absolutely the biggest loft we have stayed in while out in Toledo. Paul the owner was an extra added bonus as his grand tour highlighted parts of the loft we would have never seen. I do have to give you a heads up, this is a beautiful 5th floor loft with no elevator, look at it as an added cardio workout.

Great stay!

Loved this place! The ping pong table was a great surprise and we spent a lot of the evening playing! Host was super helpful also. We only stayed one night but would love to come back for a few days!

Super place

Communication was always good, the location is great, the host is excellent, but definitely the best is the loft even taking in consideration that it is needed to use stairs once you reach the loft it worth it.

Thanksgiving Gathering in Toledo

Steps are a great workout . My 5 year old granddaughter counted them all 94 for them . Great location for downtown fun! Great view of the city !

This may be a great rental for some, just not us. We booked Paul’s place after our original place fell through. It was unclear that this rental was on the 6th floor with no elevator. Too many damn stairs for us and the smell of weed was nauseating. Paul is the ultimate hippy and eager to please his guests…this just was not our vibe. Loft is HUGE with a ping pong table, pool table, exercise equipment, huge kitchen, 3 large king size bedrooms, large laundry room, and more funky decor than most people will ever see in a lifetime…again just not our vibe. The unit itself did not smell like weed which was a bonus. Only having one key was a pain in the ass if everyone did not come back to the loft at the same time as you had to trek down 6 stories to open doors. Ended up throwing the key out the kitchen window to the parking lot below for stragglers. Paul asked that we strip and remake all beds with clean, unfolded bedding upon departure as he did not have a cleaning crew to save us . Would rather have a cleaning crew and pay more money just for peace of mind. Place was not filthy, just could be cleaner. Place is the ultimate hippy hangout, just not our vibe, and quite cluttered. Some may love this. We did not.

Peace and love

Exactly as advertised except for not knowing that there is no elevator to the loft. Still one of the best and most accurate listings I have experienced with VRBO. Paul is an excellent host. Well worth the money.

Beautiful loft!!!

It was absolutely perfect from the size of the place to the cleanliness of EVERYTHING , this place is amazing..... The only issue was that we really wanted this location for the Jacuzzi tub, but sadly was not working and we were asked not to use it while we stayed.Which from reading the guest book on site,has been an issue for others. If not for this it would have been a true five star stay!

Sister’s Trip

My sisters and our young adult kids (and one grandbaby) enjoyed meeting up at Paul’s million dollar loft to explore the Toledo area. It was a great space to gather and we had fun playing ping pong, foosball and board games. Paul was very easy to work with and the loft was extremely clean. We had a fun time at the Toledo Zoo, walked to the Maumee Bay Brewery (great wood fired pizzas), walked the paths and had lunch at Glass City Metropark, and swam at Maumee Bay State Park. We were glad we learned about the 5 flights of stairs ahead of time from the reviews and packed lighter (and in backpacks). It definitely helped work off the pizza! Overall, it was a fun and unique place to stay and we would definitely stay there again!
