Surprisingly quiet for the location on a main road. Having a drugstore and park within walking distance are nice extras. Clean and well furnished. Host replied very promptly to communications and was willing to accommodate a special request. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here over the last couple of years in July. The location is easy to access and there is plenty of parking for 2-3 cars off-street. The house is nice and cool on hot days and everything is easy to access. The owner is very easy to communicate with and answers questions very quickly.

Lovely little cottage. Nice touch with a bottle of wine after my long drive and a fire pit out back for my private use. Loved it.

Would reccommend

Overall we would recommend this place. It was a nice little house to stay in for a getaway. The house does have stairs for both entrances so it is not handicapped accessible so keep that in mind if you need to know and it is on a busy road, but otherwise it is a cute little place to stay.

Wonderful!

The place was perfect! Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Loved the decor and the extra amenities like coffee and washer/dryer access. We arrived at night so we really appreciated the sign on the door confirming we were in the right place. I highly recommend!

Cute, clean, and ideally located!

Very cute rental, and great hosts! Very clean! It’s RIGHT on a main road, but the botanical gardens are directly across the street, and the haunted reformatory is about an 8-10 minute drive. Cute, fenced in backyard that’s very private. We would stay again!

Great place to reconnect

My cousin and I gathered at this cute little cottage for a long overdue visit. Such a perfect place to catch up and enjoy being together. We loved strolling through the Kingwood Gardens and Hall - as well as the nearby Bird Sanctuary. Hanging out in the comfort of this space was a great way to start and end each day! Would love to return.

Wedding Weekend at Kingwood Cottage

This cottage is everything you see & SO MUCH MORE! The location cannot be better for weddings at Kingwood Center Gardens. The space is beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could need & the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups. Happiest dogs on earth to be running & playing safely outside. The communication is top notch & the wine hit the spot after a long day of setting up for our son's wedding.

Darling Home!

This was our second stay at the Kingwood Cottage and it was wonderful. This home is extremely clean, very well appointed with most anything you need and nice extras, including a welcome bottle of wine! Our dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard. We look forward to our next visit! Thank you to the owner for sharing your home!

Great little cottage

This is a great rental. Clean, cute and comfortable beds. Everything you need including complimentary coffee and bottle of wine! Only minor complaint is some street noise. I think if a sound machine was offered in ea of the bedrooms it would be perfect!

Perfect. The host thought of everything. Honestly, can’t find anything negative to say. Great restaurants close by, easy on and off from route 30, gorgeous fenced in back yard with fire pit and plenty of hot water! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
