This 600 square foot studio apartment is attached to the back of the owner's home, which adjoins an 1850's school house; the studio is not in the school house. The studio apartment does have a private entry. This is a studio apartment and although there is a sleeping area, it is not separated from the rest of the studio. Although there are no stairs in the unit, there are steps up to the unit.
