Pet friendly, cozy house in West Bethel close to Sunday River and Mt. Abram.

We would like to welcome you to our family-friendly home located in West Bethel, 14 minutes to Sunday River, 5 minutes to downtown Bethel, and 18 minutes to Mt. Abram.

This is the perfect space for a family or small group of friends exploring the Bethel area; whether you are skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing, biking, celebrating a wedding, enjoying the fall foliage, or simply looking for a space to get away, our cozy home awaits you!

Rental includes 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and the other with a set of bunkbeds), full kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom. The house is 750 sq. ft.

Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Security camera is located outside only.

Boot heating system in the bathroom to dry gear.

On warmer days, enjoy relaxing on the back deck.

There is a small backyard for children to play.

Dogs allowed with pet fee. Please bring your own pet supplies and pick up waste.

Rental includes free parking in driveway.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was wonderful, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and well located. We had everything we needed and so enjoyed the stay. All the thoughtful extras, from bathroom stuff, to local maps, to a sleep mask felt like we were staying with family space and loved it thanks so much!

The home is cozy, welcoming, adorable and thoughtfully decorated. Heather is amazing! She went out of her way, making special arrangements to accommodate a quick turnaround with guests leaving, cleaning team being on vacation & our arrival. Thank you Heather, we appreciate you!

Heather‘s place was perfect for our family for a long weekend away skiing at Sunday River. Location to Sunday river was excellent, short 15 minute drive. House was comfortable and had everything we needed, decor was awesome. Communication with Heather was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a jewel in a box!Although no snow has fallen yet, the ski decor is a great portend of cosy apres-ski to come. We were driving cross country from Maine to Vermont so this was just a one night sleep over but it was so comfy and welcoming that we wished we had been able to extend our stay...and have already recommended it to our other skiing friends!It was also wonderful to have somewhere we could stay with our Setter, Zephyr. His crate slotted into a little nook and he was as happy as could be. We stopped in Bethel on our way in and recommend a visit to the Maine Mineral Museum with its Moon and Mars rocks! There is also a mid-sized grocery store there where we picked up supplies.Thank you so much for hosting us all!

The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils and cooking pots for us to prepare dinner and breakfast.

This home was perfect in every way. The decor and amenities were spot on. Beds were cozy, bathroom clean, and the kitchen had everything you would need. Oh …and the boot heaters were wonderful! Highly recommend this property.

We were just there overnight, but this place was just as stated. Very accommodating and we really enjoyed looking at all the ski decor. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, but especially if you’re skiers because they thought of everything.

Cute Cottage

Cute cottage, perfect for our stay on our trip. The host was was great in communicating check in information and even offered an early check in as the house was ready. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!
