Private Log Cabin with an AMAZING VIREW!!! Hot Tub and Sleeps up to 14

Welcome to Cabin #1 at Whites Brook Estates located at 99 Mountain Vista Drive. This luxury cabin has three bedrooms and a lower level bunk room (sleeps 12) along with four bathrooms. On the main floor is the spacious fully equip kitchen with a granite counter top island, open concept with a stately fireplace, large smart tv, dining table seating up to 12 and a living room area. Just out the glass doors you will find yourself on a wrap around deck with outside seating and a grill. This level also has a master suit with king size bed and a private bath with a beautiful tile shower. The second floor has two bedrooms both with queen beds and a shared full bath, and a loft with a pull out sofa.
Lastly the basement level is where the fun begins. The game area has a shuffle board table, bar area great for entertaining and just out the door you will find the hot tub. The bunk room is on this level with a full bathroom. Detached 2 car garage. Back up generator just in case the Maine weather effects the power..
Just minutes from Bethel village and a 15 minute drive to Sunday River Ski Resort. Gorham, NH is 15minutes away offering snowmachine trails and summertime fun trails for ATVing and UTVing.
Canceled reservations will be charged a 4% processing fee.

Wonderful weekend in a beautiful home!! The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the living space was big and we loved the wrap around porch with beautiful views!

Great cabin and second time renting from the host at this location. Home has everything you need and convenient location to Sunday River. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing.

Family ski weekend. House was great. Clean and large hot tub, plenty of space for everyone. Adequate amount of kitchen utensils and dishes/pots. View was amazing. Private. Recommend all wheel or 4 wheel drive to get up the street in winter

Beautiful house

My family and I had an amazing time over New Years at this house!! The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids especially loved the downstairs area and hot tub. Would definitely love to come back again!

Mountain Views

This cabin was absolutely beautiful and spotless with breathtaking views. We rented this cabin for our small wedding reception and it was perfect. The only down side was the landscaping, the grass in the front yard and driveway were very overgrown.

Beautiful Mountain House

We booked the house to celebrate my father’s birthday. It nicely accommodated 3 families with a bunk room for the kids downstairs. The alligator across the hall was a bit scary for young children, so beware opening doors. The hot tub was a nice touch, although we struggled to keep it at temperature. Location was perfect for mountain access and remote Mountain View’s. We enjoyed snow shoeing, skiing and sledding locally.

Loved it

House was very clean. Filled with all essentials to cook. However the oven is not your average oven took forever to stay hot, the dryer did not dry the clothes, in the master the thermostats did not work but all irrelevant the view, the hot tub all amazing everything is about 20 mins away. Deff would stay again!!! Kids loved it ! So amazing to be secluded

fabulous house! Gorgeous views. VERY accommodating (bathrooms, bedrooms) great area downstairs with a bar, tv, hangout area, shuffleboard. Hot tub which is wonderful especially after a day of skiing. The set up is so perfect, open kitchen and living area/dining space with a fireplace. 15 minutes to Sunday River mountain and a VERY easy 40 min drive to Black Mountain (we did a day of tubing and had a blast!) Only suggestions would be to be aware that it is set up on a mountain having to drive up a steep narrow road, so in bad weather it can be difficult to get to if you don’t have 4wheel drive. This is the first rental I didn’t have paper towels/toilet paper/ extra items like zip lock bags, tin foil, dish pods, laundry pods.(things like that) NO big deal but just a heads up. Also, there’s PLENTY of firewood but there was not any newspaper/kindling/fire-starter supplies. Would definitely book again and planning on it for next season.

Beautiful Maine getaway

This house was stunning for our family birthday trip celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday. We had 8 adults and 2 teens and 2 children. It was a perfect location and very clean with all you could need. Beautiful views and close to Sunday River. They do have 2 identical houses without numbers on them and we actually checked into the wrong house by mistake. Joyce was so understanding as it has happened before. We offered to move but didn’t have to as the other house is the same. Overall, incredible property. We used the hashtag #wronghouserightparty Thanks for everything. We will be back for sure.

Nice place

the property is beautiful. bbq needs replaced, hot tub missing headrest, sound system not working in basement and the outside and mid level where a tid bit flakey but they worked. note internet is hughesnet so its super slow 4mbps down 600+ms latency. doors of the cabin dont lock. no air conditioning(even tho it was stated in the listing). att service is good bout 12mbps down ~70 ms.

Beautiful house and views

We stayed for a week over spring break for some spring skiing. The house is amazing - spacious, clean and well equipped. The grill must have been replaced bc previous reviews said it was an issue. My husband used it twice with no issue. The oven needs to be replaced. We made the best of it, but it wouldn’t get to temperature and was very finicky. Locks on several exterior doors are not functional. It’s a very secluded place so it didn’t feel like an issue but would be an easy remedy.

Great house, poor safety/upkeep

Beautiful home in a beautiful, secluded location.But…At least half of the external doors do not lock, including the basement walkout doors, where the kids bunk room is alone.Stove is broken, does not cook to temperature and can’t adjust.Fire alarms are either disconnected and/or removed. House is poorly insulated, internally, meaning you can hear every word someone else is saying in other rooms and other floors when doors are closed. Difficult when some of the party is sleeping and the rest are up watching TV or laughing.Aside from those four major items, nice house with a lot of space.

We have checked on all these concerns and have replaced the stove as the safety and well being of our guest is our top priority

This place was amazing. Quiet, private and everything we needed was at our finger tips including any suggestions for places to eat. We really wanted a place to unhook and relax for a couple of days so if you are looking for that…here it is. The hot tub alone had us sold and we spent a lot of time u winding in it. Definitely a place I would love to visit again

Maine vacation

An awesome cabin located with a great scenic view of the mountains! We picked this one because it was the last one in the driveway in that area. We had a lot of privacy and really enjoyed this cabin! If you’re looking to get away to peace and quiet with the feeling of being in a luxurious cabin in the wild this one is it!

This is a private location just minutes from hiking, skiing, fishing, kayaking and so much more. The location was perfect for any ones wants and needs. The views are just amazing all four seasons. The ability to walk out the door and hike for miles is a great feature.

This cabin site on a mountain side overlooking the Androscoggin River Valley. It is at the end of the road where there is little to no traffic. Wildlife such as deer and moose are often seen on the property. It is so private and peaceful.
