This is the perfect stay for fun on the water with our kayaks and SUP (stand up paddleboard) ready for use. Be sure to check out Spend-A-Day Marina right across the street for a boat rental that you can tie up to the seawall on our property. Whether you want fun on the water or relaxation indoors, our lakefront home on Willow Isle will be sure to please. :)

The house was perfect for 7 adults. It had plenty of room in the family room for all of us. The air conditioning worked great. The refrigerator was nice and cold for us. We had such a relaxing time away. We would stay here again. There is a dock for a boat we used. It was very tight for our 22 foot tritoon to get it in and out due to the road and shallow water there. The house is on end of a canal. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. The furniture was nice. We enjoyed the gas fire pit. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. The neighbors were welcoming.

Long weekend stay

This property is a great location. Close to a small beach and playground for the kids. It was easy to get around town for food or forgotten vacation items. The house was very clean and the kitchen was great for basic cooking. Plenty of space for everyone. We will be booking again.

Lovely Home on Indian Lake

Three couple went together to rent this unit to view the solar eclipse. We had perfect weather for the event and were very comfortable on the deck with the fireplace. The beds had foam toppers that were too mushy didn't match the photos in the listing, but were fine otherwise. There was a Keurig with pods, but we would have liked a coffee pot for our larger group. Kitchen was otherwise well equipped and it was nice to have such a large ice machine in the garage. Thanks for getting everything ready for us after the tornado - we enjoyed our visit.

Great neighborhood! Friendly neighbors.

The number 1, thing that brought the score down was the awful sewage smell in the kitchen and dining area. This later got worse and went into one of the bedrooms during our stay. We were told there were air fresheners we in the cabinet and that would help until we checked out and they could research the problem. They didn't help, we had to eat in the living room. My opinion is a ventilation problem. On occasion a large bubble of air would randomly come up through the toilet bowl. If there was ample venting this couldn't happen. Plus there were many drain flies in the bathroom. They breed in open sewers. No. 2, in the bedroom with the double bed there are no windows. I thought most fire codes required windows. But I'm not sure of that. No. 3, the window beside the hideaway bed does not have a lock and most of the doors in the home won't latch/lock and that makes it hard when you have young children who want to walk into the bathroom while you're taking a shower etc. Lastly and probably not as important is in the pictures there is a nice, covered boat dock with a lift. When we got there, there was already a boat in it. We asked the manager about this and he said that was his boat dock and we had to tie up on the other side of the boat house along the grass. It's okay but a little tricky getting into with a 22 foot pontoon boat. The front is nearly on the rocks and the back is very near the ladder that goes into the lake from the dock. Minor but just be advised.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our getaway. We really enjoyed spending time outside, relaxing by the water. The house was exactly what we were hoping for, and the hosts were great to work with. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing lake getaway!
