On the waters edge!!! Quaint yet larger cottage on the much sought after Seminole Island which is one of the many islands you can drive to on Indian Lake. Summer sunsets with an amazing view. Well decorated and furnished four bedroom home. House includes two kayaks, rafts and other water toys. A smoker grill is also included along with a fire pit at the waters edge. Indian Lake is an amazing Ohio secret find. The lake allows water skiing, tubing as well as several bars and restaurants right on the water. Boat isn't included. Home is located on quiet streets with many fun golf carts (available to rent).

House includes full air conditioning, furnace, washer dryer, wifi, water floats and TV's in two bedrooms. House includes a blue tooth and sonos speaker system.

House is within walking distance of the popular Cranberry's Resort restaurant/bar. Cranberry's is great for families by day and adult fun at night with many great bands all summer long.

Enjoyed

Very convenient. Small plumbing problem in tub & shower in one of the bathrooms, but otherwise a nice stay. Met some of the neighbors and they were very firendly.

Perfect location on Indian Lake

Beautiful home on Seminole Island. This location is in the center of the lake and convenient to everything. Also situated on a no wake area so easy to jump on a paddle board or kayak and go. The home is lovely, beautifully decorated, and plenty of room for 8 of us. Rented a boat from Spend a Day and enjoyed tubing, fishing, and touring the lake. Relax and enjoy life at this charming lake house!

Play, Relax and Enjoy!

The lake house was perfect, from location for activities, view of the lake and the amazing view of the sunset from the backyard. The house was very cozy, the rooms and beds were comfortable and the owner is very accommodating . Perfect for family with children or adults who want to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Great Family Vacation

We had an amazing time! House was great but to us the best part was the backyard! It seems like most houses on the water have a pretty small backyard, but the pictures posted don’t even do the yard justice! My daughters (almost 2 year old twins) were outside almost every minute that they weren’t asleep. The owner also has two children so there were toys, a kids table outside, and a variety of other things that made this the perfect house for my family. Would highly recommend this property to anyone (regardless of whether they had children accompanying them or not).

Indian Lake Fun

We were so pleased with our choice of lake home to rent this year! This house is lovely, clean, plenty of amenities. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We watered the flowers as requested. 😀 The View’s are wonderful! Neighbors friendly. Having morning coffee by the lake was a great start to the fun filled day; evening sunset views equally as wonderful. Thanks for a lovely stay at your home, Jeff. We will definitely be back!

Marvelous Getaway Home

Our family of 8 had such a great time here. Peaceful views of the lake - perfect spot for morning coffee and an evening campfire. We rented a pontoon boat which we tied up right in front of the house. The house was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed - and more. We brought a couple of kayaks, and used the Owner's as well. Large table was perfect for eating and card games. Just what we were looking for - relaxation and family memories! Loved it.

Beautiful home - Great location

The house was very comfortable for the 7 of us (could have fit a couple more very easily). It was clean, well decorated, and well appointed. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks (although some sort of ramp would have made it easier to get in and out of them). We rented a pontoon boat and it was very convenient to dock at the house during the day. I would not recommend renting a golf cart as there are limited places you can drive it. Overall it was a nice few days away from the hustle and bustle.

Great house, great location

The house was perfect for our family. Comfortable, clean, lots for kids to do. You can swim right off the dock in the back yard. Owner is very responsive and open to questions. Walking distance to cranberries restaurant.

Amazing Sunset and beautiful home on the water

We were very pleased with our stay at the Lake House! Easily slept 8 and had an amazing porch view of the water with dock. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

This is my family's vacation home. I am so happy to share it with you. I think this place is just a little secret in Ohio as it has many restaurants, bars and hidden alcoves right on the water. Being able to sit right on the edge of the water is so relaxing both morning, noon and night.
