✅ Mandatory Guest Screening
A brief screening is required prior to check-in. This must be completed and approved before arrival. If the screening is not approved or declined, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled.

🧴 Starter Essentials Provided
WHost offers basic personal care and cooking supplies to get you through the first nights comfortably.

🏊 The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind! 💦 Access comes with a 10USD daily fee, and you’ll receive wristbands after payment to enter.

⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun! 🏖️💫
Additional guests may be registered for a small supplemental fee

🚫 Towels Not Provided
Please bring your own bath towels for your stay.

The building’s HVAC operates based on seasonal cycles and municipal guidelines:

Heating: October 15 – May 1

Air Conditioning: May 15 – October 1

Transition periods are managed at the discretion of the building association, depending on outdoor temperatures.

🅿️ Parking Policy & Liability

One designated parking spot is included per stay.

Additional parking must be arranged independently in the area.

A parking permit must be clearly displayed on your dashboard or rearview mirror.

Unauthorized or incorrect parking may result in towing.

Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or any vehicle damage while on the property.
