This is a great location, with lots of food options nearby, including a Whole Foods. Access to subway and buses is great. The towels and sheets seemed worn and stained, and some light fixtures need fixing. Overall we were pretty satisfied with the rental.Bring a sleep mask, the shades let in a lot of light - even at night.

I can’t stress enough how convenient this location was for everything we wanted to do. Being able to buy staples at Whole Foods (to use in the well-equipped kitchen) or walk to the Metro really made the whole trip so much smoother. Makers Union pub right down the street and Good Company doughnuts were delicious and also ultra convenient. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony while drinking our coffee in the mornings.

Great location! Had some issues with the wifi and the furniture needs some TLC in the living room. But then again we didn’t stay on the property much because of everything to do was within walking distance. Host was fantastic with communication. It definitely met everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay! The space was very clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The host made everything easy with excellent communication and clear directions. The location is perfect — tons of shops and dining options nearby. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. Would definitely book again!

The two room, two bath unit met our needs and had a great location for easy access to downtown DC, Arlington and other surrounding areas. Ideally each bathroom would have more than two towels and they were also missing bath mats. The unit was clean and everything worked well.

This was a great place to stay - close to the Metro stop at Pentagon City and the mall. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.But best of all was the communication with the host. He answered my questions quickly and kindly. I would book this again in a heartbeat!

Never been to Washington DC before

This was a great place to stay, close to shopping and restaurants and close to metro to get around and see the places we wanted to! I would definitely recommend and would stay again

Awesome DC apartment

The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a quick stay. We especially liked the comfortable beds. We'd love to book here again next time we're in the area.

Great location.

This condo was pretty much as advertised. Overall, it was a great place to stay and a fantastic location. The Metro is nearby, so you can ride into DC every day. Whole Foods, Costco, and many great restaurants and shopping are also nearby.

Family trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Just had a snag with parking pass. This was a central location to everything we wanted to see and do.

Nice place for 4 adults and a couole kids.

Nice place. Perfect location for DC visit. Near great coffee shops, Whole Foods, and 5 minute easy walk to Metro. Fly into Regan and take Metro everywhere.

What an awesome property

Beautiful location. The apartment is lovely. And there are lots of local eateries and shops. It is close to yhe airport and the City. Lovely 10 stars!

Great location

The property is convenient to the busy museums, just a short Lyft ride away, and was within great walking access to shopping and dining. There was construction happening with the lobby but it did not impede our stay. I would book this unit again.

Work Home Away

Clean, easily accessible and in the right location. Made a quick work trip much easier. Communication with the team was outstanding and they were very responsive. I'd stay here again.

Location of property was great! Whole Foods right across the street, coffee/breakfast/donut shop right across the street, METRO within three blocks of walking. The unit was clean HOWEVER —- it was super worn looking. The dining room table chairs were really soiled and were very rickety. The area rug was super curled on more than one corner. Only couch to sit on in sitting area. (Had to bring chairs from bedroom into sitting area) Lighting in sitting area were poor also. (Brought lights from bedroom into sitting/tv area) Again: location was GREAT but unit basics could be improved.

Regarding the furniture, our dining chairs are regularly maintained and fully functional. Normal wear is expected in a rental property and doesn't affect usability. The area rug edges can curl slightly with use – we appreciate you noting this and will address it during our next maintenance cycle. The seating configuration is accurately represented in our listing photos, and the lighting is designed for the space. We're glad you were able to customize the setup to your preferences by moving furniture between rooms – that flexibility is one benefit of having a full apartment rather than a hotel room. Our unit offers excellent value for the prime location and spaciousness provided. We'd be happy to welcome you back for your next DC visit!

Amazing

I arrived to Washington DC after a cancelled flight, the host was so accommodative to ease the check-in procedure. Also the unit was spacious for the three of us and all what we needed was in the unit including air filter, iron board and extra mattress. The unit was clean but we wished that the balcony was more tidy and clean. The host was available even in last moment to help with the door lock.

Nice apartment in a good location. Matches photo descriptions. Needs some improvements to make it 5 star-the bedrooms do not have blinds that reduce light-there are light filtering blinds so at night super bright with all the street lights outside-we used spare blankets as a makeshift blackout shades. There were not actual instructions in the apartment on the building like where the pool and fitness center was or where to throw garbage. We were told not to talk to the concierge as this was a rental. Would stay again.

We had a significant issue with parking. I purchased a parking pass when I booked the apartment. The pass was supposed to be in the apartment when we arrived but it was not there. I immediately contacted the rental company and was told to use an app to find street parking. Thankfully, the concierge was kind enough to give us a parking pass so we didn’t have to find a place to park as it was late when we arrived. This went on for several days. Every time I reached out to check on our pass I was told he was working on it. I finally went to the building office and they called and left a message with the rental company and that is when I finally got a parking pass. The rental company was not helpful at all and seemed very uninterested in resolving this issue. I paid for a parking pass up front to avoid this issue. After I requested a refund, the rental company agreed to refund half of the money. The dishes were dirty and had to be washed before using. The furniture is stained and the chairs are not very sturdy. The corners of the area rug are rolling up and are a tripping hazard. The bedrooms only have light filtering shades so it was very bright at night. On a positive note, the apartment is a good size for 4 people. Also, the coffee pot was cracked and the rental company promptly replaced it.

Our units are professionally cleaned between guests, and we would have welcomed the chance to address any concerns with the dishes had they been raised with us at the time. Nice stay near DC

We stayed at this property in early April while visiting the DC area. Close and convenient to two metro stations and lots of restaurant options, very close in walking distance.We chose the property based on parking being an available add-on, which we paid for in advance. Upon arrival, we followed the instructions to retrieve the parking pass, however, it was not there. Upon proving to them the pass was not there (they requested I send a picture of the parking pass that I did not have?) they told me the prior tenant must have taken it and there was nothing they could do until the next day. They sent a generic link to a public parking app and basically told me to figure it out. After visiting the two closest public lots, which were full, I finally was forced to park a quarter of a mile away in an unfamiliar city and walk back in the dark. Communication was great but they were not able to provide a parking pass until the next day. I was told I would receive a refund for the pre-paid parking for that evening, and it has been almost three weeks since check-in and no refund. This was a huge negative and continues to be a negative since they did not follow up with a refund as they said they would. Pros: location, spacious and we enjoyed the balconyCons: living room furniture was not comfortable, not able to spend much time in front of the only tv - headboard not attached to bed frame - when sitting up in bed it slammed against wall every time. Parking issues.

Clean apartment, had everything we needed for a family vacation! Grocery store within walking distance was a huge plus and just 6 minute drive into DC. Will definitely book again the next time we come to DC

We never received the parking information prior to the trip. We were almost there and they finally told us that they were working on getting a parking pass. We paid for the pass. We were told to talk to the concierge our selves to see what they can do or we needed to find parking elsewhere. That meant park a ways away from the building and pay extra for parking. We finally spoke with the building manager our selves the next morning and she wrote us a week pass. Then up in the apartment, it was so dirty. There was hair and dust bunnies everywhere. The oven was disgusting. The shower was really dirty. There was still coffee grounds in the coffee pot. I contacted them about recleaning without me having to pay. Of course they would send someone the next day. No one showed up. It was always let me check on that. I ended up cleaning the shower myself and vacuuming the floors. Very disappointed. It was a nice apartment in all and a great location. Just very disappointed in the corporate company that rents it out and goe they delt with things.
