Our stay was good. If you want food delivered you will not be able to due to location away from any pizzeria. Cottage its self was clean. Two tv's available. One in living room. The volume wouldn't turn up. So we utilized the TV in master bedroom. Enjoyed the fire place in master bedroom. Area is quiet and peaceful.

TJ’s place was just as listed. It was one of the cleanest houses I’ve rented to date. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood which was much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice quiet launch point for all that the surrounding area has to offer. Be prepared that the driveway is very steep and narrow - it is absolutely manueverable but may be surprising at first glance.Bedrooms are comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

The house/cabin was nothing as pictured. The grass and weeds were out of control. The yard/landscaping not maintained. The deck was nothing as pictured. It was old and worn down. Once inside the sheets in the first bedroom were filthy with dirt and hair. The sheets in the master bedroom had not been changed. Stuff(food and dirt) on floor. Nothing as pictured. Very disappointed. Stated was 15 minutes from Mammoth Cave but actually 45 minutes. Again very disappointed with the cabin and the host!

This was an excellent quiet getaway. Very clean and easy to find. It is what you would want if you were looking to escape the city life.

Everything was amazing. Great spot for so many things to do and see. Caves were absolutely something to see. Rivers plentiful with so many great views and family memories. We brought our dog and it was perfect. The only thing is the address on gps brought us to a trailer a few lots to far down the road. Look for the bear on the small cabin in same lot. It was very clean. Host got to us right away when we could not find the right spot. Kitchen fully stocked!!!!

Cute and clean. Description could mention the grill is charcoal and you need to bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, etc.

Lovely cottage! We made a pit stop on our way home from traveling to see Mammoth Cave National Park. Everything was super clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the spa like experience in the bathroom. The lighting throughout has so much character. This place is well loved and it shows! Just minutes from the park. Host provided very clear information regarding booking and everything in the place (light switches, door locks, etc..) is marked clearly to avoid any confusion. We brought our dogs too. :). Highly recommend!

Super cute and updated cabin perfect for what we needed. The house was very clean and the hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay again!

Great Cabin
We enjoyed our 2 night stay while exploring mammoth cave and dinosaur world. The cabin is cute and clean. We would stay here again for sure.

Loved the place! It was more like an hour from mammoth cave compared to what previous reviwes said, but we found it a good location if you're also going to explore hidden river cave and the Jesse James stables/outlaw cave. The host was very responsive and helpful and the cabin had everything we needed for a couple nights.

We had a great stay here for a few days visiting Mammoth Cave and the surrounding area. The location will be much more convenient to the park when the ferry reopens, but we still found it easy to get around and felt safe in the community. The cabin is laid out well for a family to stay, and has nice features for kids. Our preschooler loved the kids nook and some of the books and games there. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathtub was a standout feature. We had most of what we needed to cook a couple meals at the cabin, there are a few convenience stores nearby to get what was missing, and we also enjoyed some local places to eat.The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into making this place updated, cozy, and welcoming! It's a great value option for visiting the area.

Thank you for pointing out all the great features and amenities of the place. With so many great things to say in your review and not one negative thing, it's quite confusing as to why you'd leave a 4 star. Your comments are definitely indicative of a 5 star, making this a head scratcher.
