I’m sorry you feel your dog was uncomfortable. Our hard floors help us keep a sterile environment in the cabin. I’m glad everything else was to your liking. As for the traffic keeping you up at night, this is the first time I've heard complaints. The cabin is located on a county road with a fair amount of traffic during the day but hardly anything at night. While the front yard has the road close by, the back yard has 10 acres to explore with your dogs. Most of that is fenced in with a cattle fence and gates.

Regarding the ponds, we’ve experienced an unusually wet season with significant rainfall, which has made it difficult to keep up with vegetation growth around the water. We understand that this affected access during your stay, and we’re actively working to address it. The cabin is supplied by a private well, which is common for rural properties. The water is tested and safe to drink, though naturally occurring minerals can occasionally cause staining on linens and fixtures. We respectfully disagree that the listing photos do not accurately represent the property. Our photos are current and are intended to provide an accurate depiction of the cabin and grounds. Seasonal conditions, particularly after an exceptionally wet period, can result in temporary changes to the landscape that are outside our control. Thank you again for your feedback.
