Quiet and secluded little get away just outside Mesilla and catty corner to The University. It’s minutes from Starbucks, IHOP, and local pubs and parks. Has a beautiful enclosed backyard with grass and trees. Lots of space to stretch your legs and relax. BBQ grills available.

Weekend Getaway

We will definitely be staying here again, the property was very nice and relaxing, away from town, but close enough to run to the store if needed. Very comfortable home and the back yard was so peaceful, it was nice sitting out on the back patio taking in the breeze.

The property was very convenient to the college and all other shopping. It was a very comfortable stay and we had no issues while there. The host is great and answers back so fast with any questions you have. It’s a very peaceful property and was just what we needed while in NM. Thank you!

Just as shown

We stayed for a long weekend and were very comfortable. The property is just as shown and has a really nice walled backyard with a covered seating area that we used a lot. Would stay again!

Quiet, tidy perfect sized house

Comfortable place to stay while visiting family. Clean and tidy. Communications with the host were nice and prompt.

Great NM home

We loved our Stay here and enjoyed how private the home feels. The space was perfect and had all we needed. We were in town to see the Aggie’s football game and the location was a good proximity from the field. Will definitely book here again when visiting my son for his games.

Great Stay

It's in a nice quiet area, and the barn/shop was perfect for our small wedding celebration (40 people) along with the backyard/patio area~! Property manager/host is very nice and worked with us about reservations and such. Great communication. The home is very cozy and well kept. Highly recommend staying here for small gatherings or just a cozy get away~! Was our first time staying in an b&b and couldn't ask for a better experience~!

Very good

Overall, the house was very good, and the backyard was awesome so our dog and son loved it. The house was pretty cozy, and there was stuff to keep kids entertained (DVD's, keyboard, and toys). Also it was convenient, and close to everything.

Beautiful location

Home is well kept and nice location. Barn can be booked seperately so be aware there may be other people around. Several times we had people knock on door or higher noise levels due to a party there. Was not big deal just good to know

Barn was rented out for a graduation party and guest was notified in advance. Barn is not typically rented separately but was on this occasion.

5 acre property

it is was advertised as pet friendly but there were messages to not have pets in the house. It was too cold to leave them outside in December so we had to spend extra money to kennel our dogs for the majority of our stay.

Big miscommunication, we asked our cleaning service to put up a sign asking guests to not allow pets on the furniture. Instead our cleaning service put up a sign saying pets were not allowed inside. We corrected this as soon as we found out. Sorry Sandra, wish you would’ve reached out when you arrived.
