Brand new home just minutes away from Red Hawk golf course. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has an open concept that will comfortably fit your family and friends. Features include an oversized sliding glass door with extended patio, 300 MBPS Wifi throughout home, 2 smart TV's, all brand new furniture including memory foam mattresses, gourmet kitchen, oversized master shower, and much more. Great neighborhood with community park around the corner. Restaurants and shopping is nearby.

This is a newly built home(2022). We put thought into each upgrade to insure that you are comfortable and enjoy the home to its maximum potential. Some of the upgrades include arched entryways, 8 foot doors, gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, 3 panel stacking sliding glass door with extended rear patio, contemporary gas fireplace and an oversized master walk-in shower.

We do our best to make you feel at home. There are plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, iron and ironing board, and each bathroom has its own blowdryer.

Perfect location for us. Close to nearby shopping. Vanessa was the perfect host. If we ever visit NM again we would love to stay there again.

House was very clean and comfortable. Great location in a nice neighborhood. It is a close, short driving distance to shopping and restaurants. I recommend this lovely home to anyone staying in Las Cruces.

House was very clean and beautiful. Large enough for our party of 6. Close to attractions we wanted to visit. Nice and safe neighborhood. Spoke to the host couple and they were very helpful to a personal concern we had . Recommend to anyone staying in Las Cruces

We stayed here while attending the Special Olympics Cornhole Tournament and the home was perfect for our group. It was easy to find, and the directions and tips about nearby places were very helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the home itself was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Family friendly

Beautiful home, my family had enough space to spread out. I liked that there was suggestions for places to go out and enjoy ourselves. Communication with manger was very easy.we felt very welcomed.

Home accommodates group of older friends.

House was clean, well maintained and in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. The large open area allowed us as a group of friends to socialize while cooking and sharing meals.

Clean, comfortable and Spacious

Overall stay was excellent. Home is new, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed. And there is a ninja park in the neighborhood which was fun for the kids.

Great stay

Property was as listed and had enough basic supplies for the stay. I would suggest that the listing should indicate that you need to bring your own laundry and dishwashing supplies as well as body wash and shampoo. We had a great experience overall.

Graduation weekend

My family and I came to Las Cruces for my son’s college graduation and had a great stay. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to stay all together which help make dealing with the logistics of the situation very convenient. Venessa was easy to communicate with and the instructions for our stay were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely book this property again.

Spacious accommodation for family gathering

In town for a birthday celebration. This house accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Had family over for dinner one night and it was great! Newer subdivision conveniently located to many amenities. Very minor hiccup checking in, but property manager was responsive and resolved quickly.
