Wonderful experience and stay. Host was in touch and welcoming, location was perfect to get to restaurants and events, and home was exactly what a group of us traveling for a birthday celebration needed.

Everything was wonderful about this house and our experience - the house itself, all the amenities and thoughtful touches, and Tony, the property manager, who was welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. The location of the house is excellent and we enjoyed everything about our stay in this beautiful home.

Thanksgiving Holiday

This house was amazing and we so enjoyed our stay. It was supplied with everything we needed and very well decorated. We loved the pool, spa and fire pit and hope to come back again in the future!

Palm Springs Oasis

The property had that unique Palm Springs feel & was an easy property to stay in. Everything you could need was there, our stay was a great experience, I wish we could have had more time there to enjoy the property, would definitely recommend the property for a short or extended stay

We had a wonderful stay at our beautiful quiet and private Movie Colony mid-century modern home. We were four couples staying for a week. Our accommodation was perfect for us. Four good-sized ensuite bedrooms, large well-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. There was plenty of space to gather or be alone, especially in the multiple outside areas, as we wished. Tony was very responsive to our needs, calling in their pool and yard staff to clean after a distant fire left charred palm fronds in the pool and around the yard, thank you Tony for that! I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Great for groups

Really enjoyed our time at this unit and had a great time at the pool. It was great for larger groups as every room had their own bathrooms. We had some issues with the housekeeping but the management team were quick to resolve it.Would stay here again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. All the pictures and amenities were accurate. Very secure house, gated and walled in, super private backyard. Well stocked kitchen. Next to Ruth Hardy Park and walking distance to Downtown. The views from the property are amazing. This is one of those properties that we would stay at again. Thank you Devin and Tony for letting us stay at Buena Vista Social Club in the Movie Colony.

Winter Warm up

Six family members for a winter getaway to warm weather. Perfect house for our needs. Loved the pool, the bedrooms, fabulous kitchen equipment. Great location. Tony the property manager was fantastic- friendly and helpful.

Mid Century Gem in Palm Springs

Our stay could not have been any better. The house is perfect for a family vacation. House has a great layout and separate baths and closets in all four of the bedrooms. Nicely decorated and a very well stocked kitchen. Outdoor areas and pool also very spacious. Incredible location and walking distance to downtown Palm Springs.Our property manager Tony was very helpful and very responsive to our questions Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Palm Springs.

Desert oasis

This is our fifth time at the property and it continues to be our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. It’s remains exquisitely updated, chic, modern and luxurious. Devin and Tony make the process so simple and are very attentive hosts. We already have another vaca booked this year. Continue to say we couldn’t recommend this place more than we do!!! Perfection in Palm Springs

Have stayed in MANY places here in PS - and finally found perfection at Buena Vista. Just stop looking - it doesn’t get better than this. Everything was clearly very well cared for. Clean to perfection. So well stocked with all you need to feel at home. Beds - comfortable! The kitchen was so lovely - the back and front yard left me wanting for nothing. Location in PS can’t be beat. This tiny nook is simply magical for night walks past lovely homes with beautiful yards on quiet streets. Also - the house manager Tony was THE BEST!!!Hope to be back again this time next year. Made some amazing memories here!!!

Impeccable … as usual

Devin and Anthony continue to provide a wonderful experience for me and my friends. This is our (we are losing count but I think 6th) stay here and It still feels like a chic oasis in the desert. Everything is easy and so impeccably maintained. We treat it like our home that we treasure cos they make us feel that way I could not say nicer things. They will nickel and dime you

The property is quite nice, although not quite as nice as the pictures. The pool is a bit dirty, but overall a good place to spend a few days. Unfortunately, the communication about the check out process was poor and we were charged a hefty fee for not following their checkout process to the letter of each word. I would say it's not worth it unless you want to spend a fortune for your stay then get nickel and dimed for every little thing after.

It is our understanding that you had a wonderful time at the property and had no complaints prior to us withholding a small portion of your deposit. As you know this fee was withheld due to the extra time our cleaning staff had to spend following your check-out and the damages that incurred during your stay to several pieces of furniture. You were made aware of our check-out procedures as well as our policies regarding damages to the property prior to your arrival. It’s unfortunate for us to be reading this now after you had left us a glowing review in our guestbook.

WONDERFUL HOUSE!

We voted,unanimously, that this was the best house we've ever rented for our family vacations. The checkin was easy and It was spotlessly clean. The property manager,Tony, was always available with any questions we might have...he even came by with delicious oranges from his tree...very thoughtful. The location is perfect, close to Palm Cyn. Dr., restaurants & shopping. This was our family Thanksgiving holiday getaway...my husband & I, daughter & son-in-law, our 19 yr. old twin grandkids and a friend. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodations, 4 private suites!! The house was very comfortably furnished...the living & dining areas were perfect for watching a movie, playing cards or a game (which was provided). The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms & bathrooms were great...thank you so much for the makeup mirrors!! The backyard was lovely and well furnished for our family...they enjoyed the cornhole game & the putting green, lots of fun. We sat around the fire pit in the evening, to chat about the day & make plans for the next. We can't wait to go back...We give this property 5 Stars!

A Very Merry Palm Springs Christmas

I cannot say enough good things about this property! If I were to have a vacation home in Palm Springs, this would be it. Location is fantastic, within walking or a short uber to restaurants, bars shops, groceries. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Outdoor spaces are gorgeous, view of mountains from the pool, and hummingbirds all around. Heat of spa and pool were perfect. I especially loved that each and every bedroom opens up to an outdoor space. LOVED. Neighborhood is quiet, house is gated and safe. Devin and Tony were incredibly helpful and responded quickly. (Even for a Christmas Eve check in -in Tony's case!) I've never stayed in a rental so well equipped, everything we could have possibly needed was provided as far as kitchen utensils and dishes, barware, pool towels, floats....we felt right at home. The fireplace and outdoor firepit don't hurt either. This was my husband and I's first time sharing Palm springs with our family and we couldn't have left them with a better impression. (Bonus - within walking to Bootlegger Tiki. IYKYK). Thank you again for a memorable stay.

Beautiful property, built for early risers with strict rules

Best Stuff: The pictures match the experience. It’s a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard. They include all of the amenities which lend itself to a luxury feel. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! And there is a separate powder room too. No fighting over the bathroom necessary here! Tony, the property manager, was fantastic and responsive as was the owner. Also, you really can’t beat this location. The kitchen and bar are fully stocked (minus food and alcohol of course) with everything you could need. The property feels extra safe and private with the access gate to completely escape into your vacation. Bed Rating: The beds are quite firm but did come with plushy pillows with high quality bedding. Detractors: The echo created by the tv or people talking in the living room traveled down the hall to all of the bedrooms. The doors all have a frosted acrylic glass centers which doesn’t stop much noise or much light. It wasn’t a problem for our group’s early risers but was for those who wanted to sleep in and couldn’t. The echo could be limited by getting a bigger rug (it is too small for the furniture anyway) and some other softer surfaces that absorb the noise. The primary bedroom also has two roller shades covering the window/door as compared to the one roller shade that every other window/door has. This let in a little more light than the other rooms so is better for an early riser.

Lovely Getaway

Beautiful property! Enjoyed the pool, spa and fire pit. Everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation was there! Devon the owner and Tony the property manager were helpful and quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing property with AMAZING Management team!

There were 7 of us meeting for the week and both weekends (Halloween and Pride). From the moment I booked and Sam reached out, to Tony letting us in, the experience was PERFECT. The house is amazing. The heated pool and hot tub were everything we wanted. And of course the weather did not disappoint. The house is so well-appointed. All of the housewares (dishes, serving trays etc.) are top notch (CB2) and there is plenty of everything. We arrived to a basket full of rolled beach towels so getting in the pool was the first thing we did. There is every gadget and contraption you need to make your stay a success (slow cooker, NUTRIBULLET!) The bar is well-equipped with all you need and there are plenty of plastic cups and tumblers for a boozy pool day. The rooms had everyone OOHing and AHHing as well. Most of us walked to town multiple times, but Ubers were only like $6 to get to the bars and restaurants. THANK YOU FOR SUCH AN AMAZING TIME! We will be back.
