Welcome to Cove Cay, a gated, golf course community located along Tampa Bay in Pinellas County, Florida. The perfect Florida getaway, Cove Cay comes with its own marina, golf course, several pools, hot tubs, and fitness centers! The community has 24/7 security at the front gate, and the entire property is comprised of beautifully landscaped gardens, palm trees, fountains, and fairways! Looking to explore? Cove Cay is centrally located between Clearwater Beach and Tampa for endless opportunities!
The Space:
* This is a 90 day minimum rental, no shorter stays allowed* A FL state compliant lease and HOA application must be signed and completed within 72 hours of booking. Additionally, a $150 application fee and additional relevant information will be required. A background check will also be required and may incur an additional $30-60 fee.
Our Cove Cay getaway is a spacious, recently remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and outdoor patio overlooking the waterway.
Our master bedroom comes with a plush, queen bed, it's own 43-inch SMART TV, a dresser and large closet, and the master bath. The master bath has his and her sinks and a walk-in shower with so many jets you'll lose count and a glorious rainfall shower head. You can honestly just hangout in there.
The guest bedroom has two medium twin beds with a 43-inch SMART TV. The guest bedroom also has it's own bathroom with a walk-in shower and, again, ALL the jets one could desire!
The kitchen is a full kitchen with new, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave, double door fridge, and coffee maker! We also provide silverware, dishes, pots, pans, and any piece of cooking ware the home chef may need.
The open style kitchen is finished with a breakfast bar for the morning bacon and eggs or the 5 o'clock happy hour. It opens into the dining area with a large, glass dining table and wine rack. Off of the dining area is the living room with two beautiful, white couches and a large 55-inch SMART TV. Beneath the TV is a real, gas fireplace to keep you warm during the rare, chilly Florida evenings. Or if you just want the aesthetic (we get it). No need for light, though, because this condo gets all the natural sunlight from the floor to ceiling glass patio windows.
Off of the living area is the patio overlooking the small waterway. It's complete with a patio set and even connects to the master bedroom (if you're into the early morning sunshine thing, then this is 100% your spot).
There is also a washer/dryer in the unit (connected to the kitchen) and complimentary WIFI and parking is provided.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo and the washer/dryer inside it. Guests will have one (1) parking spot. If you need an additional one, please reach out in advance.
Guests will also have access to all the community amenities including the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and clubhouse.
Additionally, guests will have access to the golf course and marina. Please let us know, though, if you intend to use either.

Other Things to Note:
A FL state compliant lease and HOA application must be signed and completed within 72 hours of booking. Additionally, a $150 application fee and additional relevant information will be required. * This is a 90 day minimum rental, no shorter stays allowed*
As a 3 month rental, we don't provide traditional AirBNB services. What does that mean?
- Guests will be expected to take care of the unit during the duration of their stay. That means you'll be responsible for cleaning the unit, the appliances, towels, linens, etc.
- If you would like the unit professionally cleaned at some point during your stay, we can arrange that. It will incur the same cleaning fee of $150 and we can coordinate when you would like it done.
- We do not provide additional toiletries, coffee, towels, or linens after check-in. You will be given a starter set of all of the above, but you will be expected to restock yourself.
Please note, our business hours are 8AM to 8PM Monday through Friday. Outside of normal business hours we have a guest support team that can answer basic questions, provide suggestions, or try to troubleshoot minor issues. If they cannot help you and it is outside of normal business hours, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as one of our managers is available.
If you would like contents insurance during your stay, please ask us. For $5.50/night we can provide $1,500 in contents coverage. This means that if you cause any damage to the interior of the rental, you will be covered for up to $1,500 during the duration of your stay. This is NOT required.
If you're locked out, please notify us through the chat. If it's during normal business hours the lockout fee is only $50. If it's outside normal business hours the lockout fee may be as high as $200 depending on the cost quoted to us.
If you have trouble with the AC or heating, we ask that you *text* our AC tech, Anthony. His number will be provided with the check-in instructions.
