There's lots of space and things to do inside and out! Inside, there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a large primary suite, dedicated office plus an extra work station, TV in each bedroom, dining space for 8, and games, books, & toys.
Outside, lounge by the pool listening to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker; enjoy our pool toys, yard games, playhouse, and firepit; watch TV (55") on the back patio; & grill and dine outside.
Upstairs:
♦ Primary suite with king bed and his & hers walk-in closets, workstation, and a 50" Smart TV ✦
♦ Two bedrooms with queen beds, one 50" Smart TV & one 43" Smart TV
♦ One bedroom with two twin beds & a 43" Smart TV
Downstairs:
♦ Large living room with a 55" Smart TV, activities for the kids, and games for kids and adults
♦ Dedicated office space with vintage Tanker desk & chair, cozy leather sofa, & small library

It's a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with beautiful, tree-lined streets & an ideal backyard/pool (not heated) - perfect for a relaxing getaway!
