We loved our stay at this property! Everything about it was cozy and comfortable. Had we had warmer nights, we would have loved to sit on the back deck to enjoy the view. Given the opportunity, we would definitely return for another stay.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Communication was great and it was easy to checkin/out. The property is beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here and would book again

This was a wonderful home with comfy beds, lots of kitchen tools and a great floorplan for the use of space. There are actually two good sized bedrooms and a loft. The deck was a pleasant place for happy hour and the location was close to the Witsend Farm where our event was! Wonderful!!!

The cabin was as cute and comfortable as described. All the amenities you would need are there and area was quiet and beautiful. Great vacation spot to escape reality for a bit. We would definitely go again.

I'm dying to know what color white paint was in the cottage it gave it cozy clean feel! What a special place in a perfect, quiet community. Very responsive host! Cozy cozy blankets and sheets. I caught up on r and r. Thank you!

The cabin was perfect for our girls weekend to visit the area. It was adorably appointed, very clean and comfortable. We did not want for anything. Marianna, our host was very good to anticipate any needs or questions we may have and was very quick to respond to our questions. Would love to return and stay again!

The cabin's decor instantly struck a chord of genuine hospitality. We found everything exactly as pictured in the listing. Our granddaughter loved "her" loft. We all loved the deck (great furniture & lighting). A pleasant stroll leads to the private beach with its designated swimming area; and to the boat launch, home to 2 paddle-boards & a canoe. Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood along the way was very friendly.The cabin is conveniently located with Nick's Country Kitchen & The Painted Pony both just minutes away. An enjoyable short drive brings you to The Local Sixty-Three, The White Horse Country Pub & Restaurant, & Arethusa Farm Dairy for ice cream!We would love to return to Deer Ridge Cabin, so let's keep this our little secret.

Stayed with my teen daughters for a fall “Gilmore Girls” CT weekend. Location was perfect for exploring all the best CT towns nearby.

Enjoyed the overall floor plan, cosy with well-intented storage throughout, comfortable meal prep and cooking areas, and attractive and cohesiveness finishes and accessories. The fireplace was a bonus.

Another great stay

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! The place is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. Everything was well taken care of, and the space has a warm, welcoming feel. I'm already looking forward to coming back again!
