We really enjoyed our stay and the home matched the photos and description fairly accurately. Where it did not, it did not impact our stay. Lovely spot that suited us well.

We had an wonderful stay! The home was spotless, modern, and spacious for a comfortable getaway. It offered the perfect balance of privacy while still being just a short drive from town. Everything was exactly as described. Owner was prompt with all communication. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be renting here again!

My family enjoyed staying at this fantastic property in our first trip to the Lunenburg area. The house was clean, well organized, equipped and supplied, especially the kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable - good clean beds, air conditioned. The yard around the house has ample space for activities, meal gatherings and relaxation. The waterfront view is wonderful especially at sunrise and sunset. The location is another big plus, a perfect launching point for excursions - city walk and deep sea fishing at Lunenburg, a delightful brunch at the renowned Lahave Bakery, a 15 minutes ride to swim at the sandy Crescent Beach, or further to Summerville beach and the stunning Cater’s beach, visiting Mahone Bay town and a bit more travel to the bucket list Peggy’s Cove. About 10 minutes drive got us to major shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, Winners, restaurants, etc.). Last but not least, our host Taylor has been most helpful and responsive to our communications. Highly recommend this place to families that want to enjoy a memorable time in this beautiful part of Nova Scotia.

Beautiful location. Great space to get together.

3 families of 10 adults ranging in ages from 18-61 and we all loved the open plan, the deck, the large island in the kitchen, the fire pit and the view. A perfect spot to relax and disconnect. Just a very comfortable place.

very spacious, nicely furnished, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, lovely patio with propane fire pit . there was also a very, very nice wood fired sauna but unfortunately we did not get a chance to use it on this visit as we were busy but if we ever have an opportunity to stay in Bridgewater again we will definitely be looking up this place to see if it is available .

The property and location are excellent. Extremely private location with a glorious view of the river. We were early in the season so the grounds were not quite where they will be, but hey, it's Canada!We stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable.The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is well appointed.We would definitely recommend and would rebook ourselves.

Riverfront location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely riverfront location. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the open concept living area and the large glass windows out the back out to the river. It’s always a nice bonus to have a house that includes laundry facilities. The location was a nice home base for trips to Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Peggy’s Cove, Blue Rocks and Kejimkujik National Park.

Thank you! All 6 of us enjoyed our stay. we could enjoy the old side as much as we wanted because of the weather but the inside of so spacious. Everything we needed and then some was provided inside your home and One of the favorite features was the indoor swing! WE would lone to bring our clients back for vacation next year.

Yes. Couldn't find a teapot....had to buy one.Couldn't close bedroom door because of rug.Need more reading lighting in living room. Beautiful private property with lots of space in common areas.Overall, we had a great week....very comfortable.

Lovely spot for a getaway! Enjoyed the hot tub, view of the river, quiet surroundings and shops within driving distance!The host was very quick to respond to queries and had the option for early check in!Loved that the kitchen had all the essentials and then some! Would highly recommend this property!
