This home is located less than 1/4 mile from the shores of the Gulf Coast. It is in a walkable community. The area boasts excellent shopping, restaurants, beach life and an active lifestyle. Naples is home to the Artis Center for Performing Arts, the center hosts over 450 events annually and is home to the Naples Philharmonic Symphony and Chorus. Additionally, the Sugden theatre is an active community theatre opened year round with outstanding performances. Coastland Mall sits across the street from the house and offers restaurants, Dillards, Macys and a variety of other stores and is now home to the CineBistro where the latest movies are offered. Take a brief walk to Fleischmann Park where there is community center, playing fields, skateboard park, swings and slide. Or, walk to the Naples Zoo to visit with a variety of animals from zebras to alligators. Rental boats are available at Parkshore Marina.
