Modern mountain charm and sophistication come together to provide the ideal haven for family ski vacations or romantic mountain getaways. Majestic views, beautiful hardwood floors, and timeless finishes make this mountain retreat feel just like home. After a day on the slopes, warm up by the fireplace on the plush sofa with the après-ski snacks you prepared in the state-of-the-art kitchen and take in the majestic mountain landscape. When you've finished shredding for the day, head to the hot tub on the balcony and enjoy some much-deserved rest and relaxation.

Local Attractions: Deer Valley Mountain Resort, Main Street, The Farm Restaurant, Park City Alpine Slide, High West Distillery, No Name Saloon & Grill.

Park City, Utah’s most famous ski town, offers big adventures within a small, charming community. Winter sports enthusiasts flock here for great powder, while The Sundance Film Festival in January attracts industry names and fans of indie cinema. What sets Park City apart from other ski towns are summers that are just as special as the winter peak season. Hot air ballooning, fly fishing, rafting, spa-ing, and 400 miles of panoramic hiking trails mean there’s never a dull moment in this vibrant city of activity, art, and nature.

Home Truths:
- This is a Ski In/ Ski Out home with access to the Apex Clubhouse, which features a spa, pool, fitness center, massage room, sauna, and workspace.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please be advised that window cleanings for the homes will take place between June 3rd to mid June. Additionally, the HOA will be refinishing the decks and siding on the entire building during this period.

Parking Details:
- 1 dedicated/reserved parking spot (secured resident parking garage).
- Additional guest parking right in front of the unit.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Fantastic Spot

We have been coming out to Park City area the last 4-5 years and this was our favorite spot so far with easy access to skiing.

Beautiful Condo and Incredible host!!!

Blown away!!! This vacation rental exceeded every single one of our expectations and then some. The level of care and attention the hosts provided was extraordinary. They had a high chair and 2 pack n play cribs in the condo ready to go for us. Made it so easy. The condo itself was immaculate, modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could want. Great views through the massive windows. Parking spot in the parking garage is 2 steps from your door, on the same level as the kitchen and main living room. True ski in/out off your porch. Every detail is carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. One of the most impressive experiences was how accommodating the staff was. We had a little trouble figuring out how to use the TV and the gas fireplace, and they had someone, Chris (a lifesaver!), at the door within 15 minutes! He was so friendly, replaced the batteries in the remote, walked us through how everything worked, and made sure we were completely set up. They even followed up later to apologize for the “inconvenience,” though honestly, it barely felt like one at all, especially given how quickly they helped us out! If you’re looking for a place where luxury meets genuine hospitality, this is it. I could not say enough to compliment how fantastic the condo, location, and AvantStay was. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable!
