This home is incredible! Clean, beautifully decorated, and so spacious! My family enjoyed this beach home over Thanksgiving week. The outdoor pool area/screened in porch was our favorite. Just a short walk to the beach and IOP restaurants, too. We can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous Place

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful spot within easy walking or carting distance to the oceanfront, this is your spot. The house is gorgeous and well appointed. The view of the marsh side is phenomenal. Our family can't wait to come back!

We would book again

We loved our stay on the Isle of Palms in the Sea Herring. The property was amazingly tidy, clean, and efficient. We had everything we needed, right down to the nap blankets. The pool, downstairs screened porch, and deck off the kitchen were nice amenities, and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach.

Beautiful home!

We had a lovely time in your home! Lots of places to gather (or get away on one of the many decks). Well stocked kitchen and some toys and games. All had a great time! Thank you!

Beautiful House

The house is just lovely, even nicer than the pictures. I appreciate the simple things like soap in the bathroom, products in the shower, and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you would ever need to cook or bake anything. The homeowners have done an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this as a terrific vacation home for anyone!

Perfect family vacation home!

This house is in a fantastic location, the rooms are well thought out and the home could not have a better well-appointed kitchen! We celebrated the New Year here and it was perfect! The beach is a very short walk and the sunrise and sunsets over the marsh from the decks and kitchen and living room are spectacular! They thought of everything in this house we highly recommend it! Thank you!

Amazing week

This property was just as advertised. Immediately, we were struck by how clean and updated everything was. In addition, there were people scheduled to come during the week to make sure everything was working properly. The neighborhood was perfect for our group and we enjoyed going into Sullivan's island at night.

Rest, relax and recharge

Beautiful home, perfect location. The house was so peaceful. The owners thought of everything when designing, building and decorating. The work nook was perfect to get work done while everyone was sleeping. Plenty of room to spread out for quiet time and kitchen large enough for family games and dinner. Thank you!!!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Sea Herring! This beautifully decorated 4-bedroom beach house truly has it all. Every room is appointed with high-end items, offering a blend of luxury and comfort from the bathrooms to the stunning outdoor pool area. The house is spacious enough for two families, providing more than enough room for everyone to relax and unwind. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach, and the view of the marsh is simply spectacular, especially for enjoying a sunset cocktail. We felt completely at home and pampered throughout our stay. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Outstanding property!

Brand new! Beautiful interior design with hardwood floors,original artwork, and a fabulous kitchen to entertain. Lovely backyard with pool and hot tub but a very short walk to the beach! Gorgeous views from the decks! Best of all however is that despite its size you feel cozy the minute you enter. It's as though it were built for you!!! This is truly a vacation spot you'd return to each year!! We're not first time travelers but we'll certainly return to this gem.

The house was perfect, fully stocked with high end kitchen items and high end finishes in all the rooms.The only snag was that we didn't have hot water for the first time b/c a fuse was blown. I called the agency and someone came first thing in the morning and fixed it.

Exclusive Properties is by far the best vacation rental company we have ever used! From our initial conversation to the final goodbye, everyone we spoke to was the consummate professional in every way. Their communication with the client is thorough and consistent so there was never any question that went unanswered. The entire process with them was seamless. The house we selected was fabulous too! It suited our needs perfectly and we hope to rent it again in the future. Between Exclusive Properties and the beautiful Sea Herring Villa, we had a marvelous vacation! We recommend selecting them both if you want a vacation to remember!

Review

Great property. Some issues are that they do only give you a few dishwasher pods for the weekend which I found weird, they should provide beach towels for the beach without having to rent additionally, or towels for the pool area, there isn’t a speaker system for the outdoors so make sure to bring your own (which we did), the check out of time was fairly earlier than expected but we communicated with the management company who was great the entire time and made it ten am check out instead of 9 am. We aren’t drinkers and that is still very early to get up and rush out of there and makes it so you can’t really enjoy yourself the night before knowing you have to get up that early. Overall the house is great and brand new: I’d say the amount of guests was perfect for 5 guys to stay if there’s anymore you probably need a bigger place with more beds or couples would be okay for some of the bedrooms but not all as the beds were in a shared bedroom. The pool was great also. Everything was overall great we would love to return, we will pack some beach towels next time in our luggage for sure.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay @ The Sea Herring. We are so glad you enjoyed your time in the home. It is brand new and a beautiful one! Re the dish pods. We do supply 'starter supplies' ; which means they are only meant to be for the first couple of days. To get you started. We always let our guests know this early on, so no surprises. Towels do come from a linen supply company and yes, the beach towel rentals would be extra but are available to you if a group decides not to bring their own. Bath towels are provided in the homes for you though. Sound systems - there is a noise ordinance on Isle of Palms. Home owners have disabled these systems so that guests do comply and not playing music too loudly outside in the evenings. Again, we give you that information early on. Check in and check out times usually have to do with the cleaning crews and work orders, etc. We were pleased to have your home ready as early as 3:30 for check in that day! Check out has to do with our schedule for that day and what is going on. You asked late the night before for a late check out but unfortunately that is too late for a request, as crews have been planned out. Sorry that didn't work out but we are glad you enjoyed your time here and the home. Please come back and see us again some time in the future. EP Team
