Pet Fee: For stays of less than 14 nights, there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per night. This fee covers the additional cleaning and maintenance required to maintain a pet-friendly environment throughout your stay.
One-Month Stay: For guests staying with us for one month or longer, we are pleased to offer a waived pet fee. This benefit applies to stays of 30 consecutive nights or more, meaning there will be no additional charge for accommodating your pets during your one-month stay.
Refundable Pet Deposit: A refundable pet fee of $200 will be charged for any length of stay. This fee is intended to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning that may be required after your departure. Upon satisfactory inspection of the room or premises, the pet fee will be fully refunded.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and within any common areas of the complex. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.
No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
