One of my favorite things in life is sitting in the swing, drinking my coffee, checking my emails, watching the birds and taking in that amazing view! Wow! We have 155 reviews and a 10/10 rating. This review amazes me!! You never contacted us about either internet or television.You gave us no chance to tell you to unplug the modem for one minute and plug it back in. Really, I thought everybody knew that trick!The sound bar on the television? Press the “on” button and you are ready to go! You didn’t print the directions and had the guard gate call us for the code,so you knew the guard gate could contact us.Because you did not print everything that had our information and directions, you missed facts. We knew nothing about either problem, and nobody has complained about either until you. We had guests immediately before you who gave us a perfect, glowing review.The house is “OK”? That house is immaculate, well-furnished and supplied, has one of the best views anywhere around.So sorry we could not control the fog.The views are absolutely amazing, the internet is super fast, and the sound bar on the tv works perfectly. It is possible that there was a quick outage of electricity and both the modem and soundbar would have to be reset.A simple call to us would have remedied both of those problems, but you did not call, except to have the guard gate call us for the code, which we have never had happen before, either. I think the problem here was not us and our Internet, sound bar or view.It was because you failed to follow through on your end and do the logical things like printing the directions or notifying us.
