Welcome to Lovingood Chalet which features a spectacular mountain view. Inside you will find all the comforts of home. Chalet features a very clean and spacious living area. Outside has a porch on three sides (covered front and back) Take in the view of the mountains, read a book, or bird watch. Cook your meal on the gas grill and eat outside enjoying the serenity. Home boasts a large downstairs game room with full size pool table, electronic full size dart board, and card table.

All roads leading to Lovingood Chalet are paved and state maintained allowing easy year round access. Location is quiet with very little traffic.

Chalet is away from all of the hustle and bustle but less than 10 minutes from a Super Walmart and Ingle's grocery store.

Chalet is close to Cherokee Lake Picinic Area, Hanging Dog US forest Recreation Area, Murphy River Walk & Canoe Trail and MANY more things to see and do. The chalet is located in Cherokee county which is the meeting place of 3 sets of mountains, Appalachian Mountains, Blue Rige Mountains, and Smoky Mountains so there is plenty of hiking for all experience levels, fishing, and waterfall hunting. Also, near the Nantahala National Forest.

There are beds for 6 people if you have a larger family we may consider you bringing air mattress' to accommodate more guests.
We have also provided a pet kennel for pets to stay in if you go out for the day(see pet rules)
