The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a unique access code that last only the duration of guests' stays for safety and peace of mind.

All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

NuLu is a destination for local and out-of-town visitors, who come to explore the neighborhood's unique shopping and dining options, as well as its vibrant arts and culture scene. Whether you're looking to browse local boutiques, sample the latest cuisine, or attend a festival or event, NuLu has something for everyone.

Getting Around:
We're located at 1025 E Main St, right in the middle of Butchertown and NuLu.

There are 3 private parking spaces behind the house on the gravel pad -- please do not park elsewhere off the alley, they are private properties and your car might be towed.

Additional free parking is in the front of the house on E Main St. It technically has a 2-hour limit, but we've never had issues with tickets for extended periods except on large event weekends.

Other Things to Note:
Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.

Nice place

This is a multi-unit property, it appears there are three units. It's been completely renovated. It's a very old building but the owner has done a nice job. We were assigned a top floor unit which meant quite a few stairs to get there. I think there were other people there because there were other cars, but it was quiet we didn't hear anyone else. I was concerned about the location initially, but once we got there and drove around a little we figured everything out. Several things were walkable in the general area. Our place was very clean the shower was nice and worked well, we had plenty of nice towels. Bed was comfortable. Keurig coffee pot was fussy, we had trouble getting it to make us a cup of coffee. But other than that everything was fine. There's a cute bar next door,we went there late one night and we're impressed with the bartender's skills. Go check it out.

Nice place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was great, we always had off street parking, check-in was easy. The apartment was super clean. The supposedly stocked kitchenette was not so stocked. There was a coffee maker but no coffee mugs. There was one plastic drinking glass, one bowl and a few plates. There was also only 3 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 people for 4 days. I texted the number I was given at check-in but never received a response. We had to go find a dollar tree and buy mugs and washcloths. Additional places to hang clothing would be nice as well. There were 4 pegs on the wall (3 were about to fall out) and 2 hangers. So really, communication was one sided as they relayed info to me but I never received responses to my messages to them. Luckily, we didn't have anything urgent happen that would absolutely need a response. Seeing as this property is no longer listed Im thinking that maybe things had been removed which is why it was kind of bare minimum?
