Outstanding. We’re older and had some challenges with the stairs from the parking garage. Aside from that, this was fantastic.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The entry process was cumbersome but we got through it. We are elderly and didn’t plan on having stairs getting our things from the car to the apartment but the location was fabulous! We walked to every place we wanted to go.

Excellent stay in downtown Louisville. Within walking distance to many restaurant & night life. Apartment was clean & well decorated, with nice view of city. Many amenities as well!

Great property! Only “clunky” thing was getting key fob at beginning; not an easy way to do it though. Just be sure to plan on 5-10 minutes to go in and retrieve it; if multiple travelers, that certainly helps because one can stay with car and one can go in. VERY nice, clean unit.

What a amazing stay! The description for this apartment doesn't do it justice! The pool, hot tub, coffee bar, golf simulator, pool table and lounge are some of the amenities you receive with this amazing property. The location was great as well! Just blocks away from 4th Street Live and many other downtown attractions. Book your stay here and you will not be disappointed!!

If you are attending a conference or business event and/or traveling for leisure, this property has all of the features and benefits. Beautiful view off the balcony. One observation, if you want hot tea .. you need to bring your own supplies. The unit has coffee and when I arrived late Tuesday night I always have tea before bed and did not even think about stopping at a grocery store. The unit was immaculate and the bed was really comfy. Hot water is a huge plus for me and parking was really convenient. I will definitely return.One thing to note. I returned via Uber late Tuesday night after an event and though dropped off by the building door, there was an issue with people on the street. The next evening, one of my fellow engineers came with me to make sure I had no issues. Just watch your flank.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The host did an excellent job communicating—providing clear instructions ahead of time and being very responsive whenever we had questions.The location was also a huge plus, with convenient access to many nearby sights and attractions. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
