This newly renovated condo is at Terrasol Beach Resort, located next to Land's End, adjacent to famous Lovers Beach! We have a great view of the marina from the balcony and are within a five minute walk to the marina and its surrounding festivities. Terrasol 201 de Law is located just across the large and beautiful resort reception center and lobby, allowing our guests to have easy access to a luxurious recreational space with amazing views of the famous beach and Pacific Ocean.

Very nice clean complex, nice gardens. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We had an issue with the internet which was fixed straight away.

Was a nice quiet place to stay. Very clean, and newly renovated. Was a close walk to the marina and all restaurants. There was a nice palapa bar and restaurant right on the property also which had an awesome breakfast. Stayed here on the front end of our trip for 9 days.

Good communication and responsiveness from host. Would definitely stay there again. Resort is fantastic and really quiet. The Palapa restaurant is great as well.

Host was very welcoming. Nice to have coffee and other necessities. Great to have washer and dryer in unit. Breakfast and lunch on premed is was great.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the beautiful views. The staff in the bar/ restaurant were excellent. Love the close proximity to the Marina.

Great location thats walking distance to the marina and downtown Cabo. Very quiet compared to larger resorts along Medano beach area. Highly recommended

The condo was spacious and comfortable. There was a small problem with the AC in the second bedroom but it was repaired.

Beautiful spot

Loved the location of this property. Very short walk into town yet far enough away to not have to hear night clubs. The property grounds are beautiful and never had an issue finding chairs at the pool. Only complaint we had was that the kitchen could be a little more well equipped. We were there for 3 weeks so cooked quite a few meals in the condo.

There was a water leak from our unit into the one below so the water in our unit was turned off on the second day of our stay. The hostess tried to have it repaired but the problem was bigger than first thought. The water is controlled by the unit owner below which is definitely not a good thing as he is the one who turned it off. On the third day we returned to find a note on our door from the unit owner below saying he turned the water off and told us to tell our hostess to find us another place. It was very diificult to find anything in such a short time. The hostess was very apologetic and did refund our money.

Hello Marie， First of all, I sincerely apologize again that you experienced the water leakage issue during your stay. However, this was not something within our control. We have confirmed that the cause of the leak was a problem with the building’s main water supply line serving the unit, not an issue specific to our individual property. The problem has now been completely repaired and everything is fully resolved. You stayed with us for four days, and although you did use the property during that time, I still issued you a full refund because I understand that this situation affected your trip. For that, I am truly sorry. Regarding your request for reimbursement for the groceries you purchased, because the new place you found is no fridge, I’m afraid I’m unable to accept that. I hope you can understand the challenges we face as a business. This was not something we wanted to happen—no one dislikes situations like this more than we do. Everything has now been completely resolved, and we would be happy to welcome you back in the future when everything is operating normally. Wishing you all the best.

Our condo offers our guests access to the resort's two spectacular pools, a swim-up bar, 24 hour security and a tennis court. The condo has two large bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people, and WiFi, washer and dryer. Enjoy modern ocean-side luxury at Cabo's most famous location!
Terrasol Beach Resort is minutes away from what makes Cabo San Lucas one of the most desirable ocean resort locations of the world. There is beauty and tranquility at the resort, but guests are minutes away from fun and action.

Daily Resort Fee:
Terrasol charges a resort fee separate from me.

Terrasol has a resort fee per guest. Similar to a hotel tax.
Daily Resort Fee:
$17.50- A night for 1-2 people.
$22.50- A night for 3-4 people.
$27.50- A night for 5-6 people.
Add $5.00 for every person after that.

They ask for your credit card at check in to cover the resort fee. We don't receive any of this, it all goes to the resort so you can enjoy the amenities, pools, restaurants and PRIVATE beaches! You are also able to charge drinks and food to your room if you wanted.
If you need to park a rented car, Terrasol charges a $5 USD parking fee.
